A Tale That Never Known

Chapter 1: A land of White

Once upon a time, in a land so white that it felt like everything is white like snow, there was something, or perhaps it was nothing..... It was hard to say what it was because it had no name, no shape, and no real form. The land was all white, stretching far and wide, and in the middle of it all, there was a small, soft being, no bigger than a tiny pebble shape merge from the white ground.

At first, it was shapeless but just a pebble-like, like a soft fluff or puff of cloud-soft that hadn't quite figured out what it wanted to be. But, slowly, very slowly, it began to change. It started to take on shape and yes it's soft, round-like shape, something that looked like it might be a creature—though still not quite one especially not pebble like softness.

This being had no mouth, but it had eyes, a greyish-blue and bright. It blinked as it looked around the white world, its tiny, curious gaze moving over the vast, empty space white like a canvas. Step by step, it began to move even though it starts with a little jump that doesn't really hop. The land was so white not even a shadow appear including sun or day or what you call night as well. Still the being with each little step of hop to the white ground echoed, but no sound followed. Only the soft 'poof' of the creature's movement.

As time passed, something amazing happened. Its round pebble form began to change little by little, bit by bit. Getting longer or shaping from the top, and from it, something grew. Could it be? Yes, the little being is grew... hair? Soft and short wispy like soft feathers, but still white, blending into the snow-like white canvas land.

Its tiny arms began to stretch, and with grow, small hands appeared like puny fingers, tiny and delicate like a child, reaching out to touch the soft white ground. It was becoming more, becoming something it could call its own.

The tiny being walked on, its greyish-blue eyes watching the path ahead, unsure of where it was going, but knowing that something is making it moves, perhaps an instinct that make it had to keep moving forward and forward. It wasn't sure why, but it felt like there was something is waiting for it.

And then, one day, after what felt like ages of walking (have finally grow a pair of tiny cute feet) and changing, it stopped and paused. It looked down at its own hands and felt something stir inside—something warm, something soft.... feel. It didn't know what it was, but it could feel it deep inside its small heart that sparks into existence of it's tiny body. And, as if the feeling had built up inside it for so long, it spoke.

"Lu."

The word came out softly at first, like a whisper in the wind. It felt right. It felt like the thing it had been searching for. Voice.

So, from that moment on, the little being knew its what to call itself, a name. It was Lu, Little Lu.

And Little Lu was no longer just a tiny creature of the white land. Little Lu was a being, with eyes that saw, hands that touched, feet that can move and walk, and a name that was its very own.

Little Lu walked on, no longer unsure, but confident in its tiny steps, knowing that it was no longer just a part of the whiteness and can grow more as it explore the vast land of canvas. It was something new. It was something wonderful.

And as the snow-like white world stretched on, Little Lu smiled—because, there's more to just a vast of unknown. This place where it belonged is also a dear to her, a home.
