Chapter 183: Playing with your food
“How does it look?”
“It’s probably already….”
“……I see.”
A little away from Pascantin there were four people who were crouched behind a rock. One of them was Albrecht Hyuman one of the captains of the golden knights. It was possible for them to have taken more with them in the teleportation but it’s best if a reconnaissance team didn’t have a large amount of people. Anyway as far as they could tell the country of Pascantin was no more, most of the factories had collapsed although beyond that for some reason the castle still seemed to be all in one piece.
“Albrecht, who are all those people dressed in white?”
“That’s probably the charitable bloodline.”
“The charitable bloodline!?”
“You’re being too loud.”
“S, sorry. But the charitable bloodline is a charity right? We’ve only just begun to hear their name around so they should be a relatively small organization. Why are there so many people here?”
“I don’t know.”
In front of the main gate they could see the large collection of slaves that were there. Two of the men that were there took out a small circular class tool that functioned similarly to binoculars. Everyone there was pretty confused as they had rushed here under the expectation that they would find Dragon’s Heart here.
“Who…”
“Either way we should report back to king Schneiser immediately.”
But in that moment.
“Captain!”
One of the subordinates whispered urgently.
“What is it?”
“Someone’s come out.”
Albrecht squinted towards the main gate as he took out his on set of binoculars.
“…..Thats..”
The person who appeared looked to be dressed the exact same as the others in white, the only difference was in the mask that was on his face.
“King Tonpearl…..”
Albrecht was in shock.
“This…”
Everyone there confirmed that it was indeed Tonpearl there but they knew that they could do nothing about it. However they did not turn away in order to not lose sight of their enemy.
“That means that the castle has fallen.”
Which meant that Pascantin was no more.
“We have to report back now…”
This had already come to the point that there was no helping the situation. He had to let Schneiser know that it was not Dragons heart that had attacked but was the charitable bloodline.
“We need to withdraw.”
Abrecht said, but…
“And who is it that you intend to make that report to?”
He heard the voice come from behind him.
“Kkh.”
Albrecht looked back but he was unable to react to what he was seeing. The heads of the three subordinates he had brought with him were gone and there bodies were laying on the ground.
“…….”
Sweat trickled down his forehead but he suppressed his fear and anger in an attempt to stay calm while he stared at the person in front of him.
“So Schneiser sent his servants did he? Of course a person in that position would see them as trash wouldn’t he? Albrecht Hyuman.”
“Wha!….”
“You’re aware that you’re going to die right?”
“Why……do you know my name?”
“That’s a dumb question. Who wouldn’t know the name of the golden knight captain in Dams Arden?”
“Ankh….who….”
Normally in this situation one might be thinking of what move they should make. Thinking about how to survive even after seeing their subordinates killed in an instant before they could react. However Albrecht had too much experience and knew for a fact that he could not win. It was obvious, so much so that Albrecht’s legs wouldn’t move.
“Nice to meet you, I’m dragon’s heart.”
After that joke Albrechts head was obliterated and there were now four corpses lying on the ground. However Ankh was no longer there.
▽
The charitable bloodline’s attack was over.
“Let me down! Let me down from here! Do you know what will happen to you for this!?”
Tonpearl was screaming as he floated through the air. All the freed slaves stared at him with hatred in their eyes as Ankh began his speech.
“Brothers! We are the charitable bloodline! Hearing of what this man did, we have come to rescue you!”
Ankh’s voice calmed the former slaves. This might be the reason that he was referred to as a god, there were many who were captivated by his voice.
“You are now free! You can go wherever you like, although for those of you that have nowhere to go I offer you salvation. I will not force you however, you are free to choose.”
Then those dressed in white all cast magic simultaneously causing the ground to shake and a large stage to appear. It was wide enough to fit dozens of people up there but the only ones who went up there were Ankh and Tonpearl who was still demanding that he be let down.
“Now, Judgement!”
Something that resembled a dimensional rift appeared next to Ankh and a silver table appeared.
“I borrowed this from the royal kitchens. After all this is where you put food is it not?”
Ankh put Tonpearl on top of the table that seemed to be just enough for him to fit. After that large amounts of utensils began to appear out of the rift. Ankh picked up one of the forks that had fallen out.
“I give you all a plump juicy pig! One that forced you to work while he was accumulating useless things such as this! Up to this point all of you have been forced to raise this pig, accept this as fact and look at the reality. However that is all over now, from now on you are free, and!”
“Gyaa!”
Ankh stabbed Tonpearl in the palm with the fork.
“It hurts!!!! It hurts!!!!!!!”
The fork penetrated right through Tonpearls hand and stuck it to the table.
“Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!”
Ankh laughed loudly.
“You are quite ugly, Tonpearl.”
“It huuuuurts! It hurts! My arm!”
“All joking aside this pig isn’t something you all should eat. It isn’t clean. He is different from us so that means we can kill him right? Wrong, just because he is trash doesn’t mean that we should kill him. We should first see if this trash is even alive shouldn’t we?”
Ankh stabbed another fork through Tonpearl’s other hand effectively crucifying him to the table.
“Owwwwww!!! It hurts!!!!”
“It might scream in pain but that doesn’t mean that it is alive. So don’t worry, puck up a fork or a knife and stab it or cut it however you like. Let us figure out together if this is trash or if it is alive. However before that I will tell you my own speculation, I think this is just a fool, a pig who imitates humans. I don’t consider him to be alive.”
Ankh then pointed to a black eared cat girl in the front.
“Why don’t we start with you? Pick up a fork or a knife and lets find out which one this idiot is.”
The woman slowly climbed onto the stage at Ankh’s invitation and took up both a fork and a knife.
“Don’t hit the face or the heart……You know what that means right?”
Ankh was aware that there were many on this planet who could not hurt another person even in a life or death emergency. Of course many of those that were here could do so just out of anger but there were several who had weak hearts such as the woman that was on stage now. Because of this Ankh helped make this torture easier by making it seem like he was just food and that they could do whatever they wanted to him without having to regret it later. Although she was still hesitant the woman had everything she needed to take the fork and drive it into Tonpearl’s arm.
“Gyaaaaaaaaa!”
“Ha…aha….ahahahahahahahaha!”
She broke out into laughter as Tonpearl screamed and with a giant smile on her face stabbed the knife into the king’s other arm. She then began to laugh even louder.
“Hahahahaha!!”
For some reason the woman was elated.
“Good, next!”
After that more beastmen went up in the same way and stabbed Tonpearl with either a fork or a knife. Some of them were humans but Ankh performed the reincarnation ceremony on each one of them allowing them all to become part of those who did not belong. No one refused.
“Gyaaaaaa! It hurts! It hurts!!”
There was now countless utensils sticking out from Tonpearl in his arms, legs, and stomach. As far as possible from the heart. Those that were already part of the charitable bloodline just stood by and watched until the pigs screaming stopped.
“It hurts! I don’t want to do this anymore! Im sorry! I’m sorry! It hurts!!….”
