A Journey That Changed The World.

Chapter 1342: I Won't Harm The Little One

Archer, Eveline, and a swaying Aurelia were sitting on the women's balcony that overlooked rolling hills that reached the mountains in the distance, the cold weather was kept back thanks to the Cosmic Shield. The mermaid beauty was half asleep as they drank the dragon ale.

''Relia can't handle her drink,'' Eveline giggled. ''But I'm honestly surprised she lasted this long but I guess she was trying to impress you.''

Without answering, he stood up and scooped Aurelia into a princess carry before taking her to her room after the rabbit woman gave him the directions. Ten minutes later, Archer returned as Eveline downed the rest of her glass.

''It's good to see you care about her,'' the young woman commented with a warm smile. ''She's an anti-social girl who finds it hard making friends.''

When Archer heard this he answered honestly. ''I'll get the others to spend more time with her like I will.''

Following that, the rabbit woman's ears twitched before she stood up and climbed onto his lap while whispering in a hopeful voice. ''I hope you don't mind but I'm not ready for you know what yet, the others told me about it.''

''Don't worry Eve,'' he reassured in a soft tone. ''I won't pressure or push you or any of the others who don't want sex, I'm not like that beautiful.''

Eveline beamed before giving him a tight hug while happily responding. ''That's good to know, us rabbit folk take our virginities seriously, but it's yours when I get over being nervous of this rumored monster the others told me about.''

He chuckled when hearing this and kissed the brown-skinned beauty as the two admired the starry sky. An hour later, she fell asleep as his eyes grew heavy, prompting him to pull out a couple of thick blankets.

Moments later, Archer wrapped the warm covers of the two of them before he tightened his hug on the rabbit and fell asleep himself. The following morning, he woke up and felt the cold air brushing against his face.

''Damn weather, I hate winter,'' he muttered.

In that moment, an urgent message from Olivia crackled through to Archer. 'Husband! Dragons are ambushing us! Our weapons can't touch them!'

'Throw the violet orb into the air, now!' he bellowed back.

Moments later, Archer vanished and appeared mid air, but he transformed into his dragon form and let out an earth-shaking roar before bursting forward and grabbed the first enemy he came across.

''Die you filthy lizards!'' he raged and ripped the dragon in half in a brutal display of his strength.

Archer launched the body parts at other creatures who converged on him, but he wasn't worried and went ballistic and tore into them like a wild animal as he bit dragons in half while ripping others into chunks.

Hundreds of red and black dragons attacked, but a portal opened just as Nyx flew through in her normal form and joined the battle. He chuckled before biting a red dragon's head clean off as an enraged voice echoed out. ''White! Why are you killing your kind? A bit stupid for someone so young.''

His head snapped toward a black dragon that was the same size as him. Archer let out a growl that stopped all the weaker creatures, but he burst forward while transforming into his human form, surprising the enemy.

Archer let out a primal roar, driving a Mana Punch into the Pseudo God Dragon with devastating force. The blow shattered its scales in a spray of splintered fragments, hurling the beast downward to smash into the water below with a thunderous splash.

His eyes blazed with an otherworldly glow as he straightened, his voice ringing out like a decree. ''I am the king of all dragons, anointed by Tiamat herself, one of my wives! Submit to me now, and I'll spare your lives. Refuse my sole offer, and death will claim you.''

Just then a massive ethereal picture of a white dragon appeared behind him which stopped every one of his kind in their tracks. The Goddess herself appeared as if to confirm his words before vanishing.

Archer watched the weaker creatures instantly submit while flying to his size just as the leader burst from the water and crashed into him. He quickly grabbed the enemy's claws before biting down into its neck.

The black dragon let out a roar but he quickly pinned the enraged monster using his mana. While doing this, Archer looked down only to see the 1st Fleet sailing toward Draconia after rescuing the sailors from the sinking vessels.

Following that, he turned to the enemy leader and gave him a warning. ''Serve me like the rest of your horde or die here. It's up to you Black.''

When the dragon heard this, he stopped struggling before questioning with narrowed yellow eyes. ''You'll use us like slaves just like the rumors say.''

''Huh?'' Archer muttered.

He shook his head, a flicker of exasperation crossing his face as he corrected the foolish creature. ''I haven't enslaved anyone, it's pointless to me. I use loyalty or fear, both far more effective. And as for dragons, I don't have many. Even so, all they do is rest within the Domain, free to grow stronger in peace.''

''Why would you do such a thing?'' the curious creatures questioned.

Archer didn't answer straight but flew toward a nearby idea as the army of dragons followed behind. When he touched down, he freed the monster before speaking. ''I have so many beasts to use, I honestly don't need them.''

His gaze shifted as a small blue dragon, barely more than a hatchling, fluttered down nearby, its wide eyes fixed on him with unguarded curiosity. He approached slowly just as a low growl rumbled from the black dragon.

''Enough of that!'' he scolded the creature. ''I won't harm the little one. It's injured and needs healing.''

Following that, Archer touched the baby dragon and cast Aurora Healing causing a violet glow to wash over it. While this happened, the little beast let out an adorable noise before nudging its head against him.

This put a smile on his face as he pampered the little creature who enjoyed the attention just as its mother landed in front of him. She bowed her head in a respectful gesture, prompting him to stroke the baby's head.

''Go to your parent, she looks worried,'' he said with a friendly smile.

It chirped in happiness before flying toward its mother who looked at him as a woman's voice echoed in his mind. 'Thank you for helping the baby, my lord.'

After that, more dragons approached for him to heal, which only made them loyal to him. Once that was done, Archer turned to the leader and asked with a smirk. ''Are you going to serve the one true king?''

The creature nodded, causing him to open a portal to the Domain while speaking. ''Go through here and find a place to call home. But before you go, can you tell me what happened to the dragon kingdoms in the west?''

When the black heard that he shivered and revealed. ''Since winning the war against the witches, they've grown greedy and horrible. It's why we're fleeing from them.''

As the dragon spoke, Nyx landed next to him with a thud with a smile. ''Hello husband, I can't believe we finally met some of our kind.''

Archer let out a low chuckle, his eyes glinting with mischief as he posed the question. ''Care to join me in conquering the dragons? Winter's here, and I'm itching for a challenge—plus, commanding an army of loyal creatures wouldn't hurt.''

The young woman's heterochromia eyes sparkled with surprise and delight, a grin spreading across her face as she nodded eagerly. ''Yes, let's do it!'' she exclaimed, her voice brimming with enthusiasm.

Following that, Archer turned to the black dragon and motioned it to come close. When the creature did he put his hand on its head and learned where their empire was and smiled when realizing it was southwest of Plouria.

While flying, he opened a Gate to the southern tip of Pluoria and entered it only to appear above Aquaria that looked like hell with scorched lands all around them. Nyx wiggled out of his arms before summoning her wings.

He watched as the young woman hovered next to him with a smile. ''Sorry, I needed to stretch my wings after seeing you fly.''

Archer chuckled before flying further west for hours until spotting a random island sitting in the ocean. When the duo got closer, he noticed a wave of dragon fire heading toward them, forcing him to cast Cosmic Shield to block it.

Flames roared and swirled around the barrier as Nyx braced herself for the assault. Archer's gaze sharpened, catching the telltale purple glow igniting at her chest. Moments later, a volley of explosive orbs hurtled toward the island.
