"That's good" He thought, as his Habitat Builder beeped and he took the device from his Inventory.

"Well, let's build a Base" He thought and activated the Building Mode, which scanned the whole surroundings, supporting the earth through compressing it and making it able to be tunneled through, without breaking in.

"So, where should I start" he asked himself, as his eyes wandered to the door.

"Well, a first defense would be good, and a secret passage, I mean, who would search here for a base" he said, and started searching for one he liked, in the preinstalled data.

"Well, This seems nice," he said, his eyes looking over the 3D model, and his mind working hard.

It looked like a normal basement, with a few things strewn around that would also be in a normal basement, like an old washing machine and a few boxes, and some pipes running across the ceiling, and the entrance was hidden as a wall, and only someone who was in the database could open it through turning the dials at the washing machine.

The blue scanner light went over the walls and slowly something behind the walls changed, while the tech behind the secret entrance was slowly installed, cutting no corners, as he wanted his mane base to be as good as possible.

Now that he had the door, he opened it, which happened through deconstruction of the wall. Peter went to the little space behind the door and saw a scanner, on the wall, looking at the door, ready to construct the wall once he was out of harm way. He got his own scanner out and started building a tunnel, that soon turned into a room and then, as he made some more pathways, into the entrance hall.

The Entrance Hall had a big room, with a high ceiling, the exit behind him and entrances to the tunnels, It was everything still a little dark, but his habitat builder made enough light to look around the room.

"First, we need the basics" he thought, and took the Habitat Builder, starting to dig out the few rooms that the tunnels led to.

The first one was a long room, which was the living area. It had a Bed, a shower, a TV and a couch. The shower was built on a podium, so from the bed you had a good view, but just if Peter wanted to, as the glass was transparent one way like a see - through mirror, just in black if he wanted to, that he could turn on and off for each direction. The shower also had a button that would let soap into the water, so no bottles were needed.

But there was also a secret room, from where you can look into the shower through the wall and spy on whoever was showering, from where he could also control how much soap would come out of the shower head, or if it would even be soap.

There were some options that made Peter's cock twitch in his pants, the most exciting was a soap shooter, that came straight out of the wall, always aimed at the lower parts of the body and would soap it in, but would take special care of the vagina when a woman would be in there.

But Peter wasn't done yet.

The next room was the reactor room, where he placed one of the reactors, powering on the whole base. Now with enough energy, he recreated the walls, as until now they were just dirt and now, black artificial created marble bricks that looked really good with the golden lights he made the halls be lighted in.

Then he went to the last room and created the command room, which looked like a private movie theater. Stairs going down from the Podium, showing a big screen, that he could see from his chair at the mid-row. The chair had a half circle table around it, with many displays, he could navigate the big screen with. Then he connected the whole thing with his firewall and was finished, except for a few exits he made, from where he could exit freely all around the neighborhood from, connected by tunnels.

After some Time, aunt may came home, and he went up to say hello and show her his new base.

"Aunt May, you're home, did you have a fun time," He asked, seeing her sit on the sofa, relaxing a bit.

"Yes, it was a very lovely time" she replied, giving him a warm smile.

"That's good" he said and went to sit next to her and hugg her.

"Oh, I'm glad, what have you been doing," she asked, her eyes going over him.

"Oh, nothing special, just working on my new base in the basement" He replied, making her raise her eyebrows.

"Did you already finish it," she asked, sounding interested.

"Yep, want to see it," He asked her, smiling at her.

"Well, Yes" She said, getting up from the sofa and following him to the basement.

As she followed him, he thought how good her ass looked in the jeans she wore.
