"Ver! I'm sorry! I didn't know that she's the princess!"

"Whether you knew or not, you could have gotten both of us executed because of your ideas! We're lucky that she was surprisingly willing."

"I was just trying to help!"

"I understand that, but you almost got us killed. Look, just, for now, forget it. I'll find the last person myself."

"I- But-" Cassidy stammered, but unable to get anything meaningful out.

"Just focus on passing the exams. We can worry about the challenges later. But it'll all be worthless if we don't get in. Okay?" Veronica stated, taking a deep sigh at the end.

"Okay..." Cassidy said, hanging her head low.

The two girls continued their day in silence. Cassidy was, quite obviously, depressed at her situation. After all, her eagerness to help Veronica nearly led to their demise, and she made her best friend furious at her.

The following day, they took their time, preparing for actual tests. Written exams to determine if you are knowledgeable about the type of work you're about to go into.

While Veronica was hard at work, studying, taking notes, double checking, and quizzing herself, Cassidy was stuck with the conversation they had yesterday.

She knew that Veronica wouldn't be able to get the last person needed. Though, she has gotten someone herself before, so it is possible. But, Veronica isn't the flirting type. More likely to be in a book than talking to people, so who did she kiss?

'I know she said she'd find the last one on her own, but is that really possible? Maybe I can... No! She would only get even more angry at me... How can I help her?" Cassidy thought, trying to figure everything out.

However, when Tisha pulled Veronica aside, that caught Cassidy's eye. The two were seemingly trying to be secretive, but Cassidy already noticed it. After all, how can she take her eyes off the one she loves?

She followed the two to an isolated place, making sure she was out of sight herself.

"Strip." The older woman's voice commanded.

Cassidy could barely see what was going on, but she could see everything that she wasn't meant to see. And her eyes focused down there.

And it confirmed her thoughts much earlier. Veronica physically changed. She noticed something was different when she was making out with Aviris, but having a penis? That was out of the question. At least, that's what she thought.

She also learned that this is something that shouldn't be happening. Her best friend was being forced to do this. Not just by a faculty member, but a former hero!

But, why was she being so turned on by this? She shouldn't be into this. Her body was red hot, but her mind was a mess.

Cassidy couldn't see much anymore, but she knew that it wasn't good.

There was a subtle noise, and a yip from Veronica. Cassidy tried to see what happened, but Tisha blocked the view.

"Your 'challenge' didn't say how to have sex, did it? Then we can try with you first. Clean shaven? How cute."

All these details flooded Cassidy. She should've been the first to see that. She knows Veronica better! She's known her longer! She loves her!

Cassidy shook her head and tried to think. 

'Put it together Cassandra! What happened?'

She tried to piece it together. An ability that needs people to kiss Veronica to finish the first upgrade. And an ability that requires her to have some form of sex to upgrade. And Tisha's surprising difference in personality. Veronica's addition... demons... Infernal Knight. Sex demons? Succubi? Does Infernal Knight have succubus abilities? So, that would mean some form of control ability!

Veronica said that the kiss was an accident, so, she accidentally used the control ability on Tisha, which caused her to change. Or perhaps, let her intrusive thoughts take over, seeing how the situation turned out.

Cassidy, thinking she pieced it together, took a deep breath to calm down and wiped the tears from her eyes.

'My duty is to help Ver as much as I can. And I'm not going to let some bitch take her from me because of an accident. Ver, I'm going to get you all the girls you could dream of. So many, that you could make your own kingdom!'

She rushed to her feet, and commenced her plan, Operation: Harem Collector is a go!
