THE LOVE I WISHED FOR

I was on the verge of crying but I hold back my tears.

"I know i fucked up very bad but please forgive me."

He said and place his hand on my hand which was resting on table.

He was staring deeply in my eyes.

For a moment I felt a spark in my heart.

This feeling..I don't like it.

I need to get out of this.

I yanked his hand away.

He was taken back.

I looked at him.

" you know what I am not going forgive you. So stop your act."

I said and his eyes become teary.

He started to cry.

Does he think it will prove him innocent.

Watching him cry my eyes also become teary.

Somewhere in my heart it makes me feel bad seeing him like that.

It shakes my heart to look at him.

" I am not acting. I love you. Please come back to me."

He said in between of his sobs and one tear escaped from my eyes followed by the other.

For some time it melt my heart.

I also start crying But I said myself to be strong.

I wipped my tears away and said.

"uh i saw it with my own eyes that how much you love me."

I said sarcastically with tears in my eyes.

"please baby i love you. Forgive me this once. We can start over."

" do you think I am a fool or what?"

" No..I will never do this again. You can punish me if it ever happens again."

" It won't be needed because there will be no next time."

"No...please. "

I was going to say something but somebody stopped me by yelling my name.

???: Anna.....

I looked towards the source of voice and found Edison coming towards us.

" huh..what is he doing here?"

Edison pov

I parked my car and as i was walking towards the cafe to meet Anna.

I am just doing it for the sake of my company and for my family.

It's my father's wish that's why otherwise I am not interested in this marriage thing.

But deep down when I first saw Anna.

She was looking so beautiful.

Her pure and flawless personality and her attitude caught my attention.

She was a perfect women.

But still it will not change anything.

My thoughts got interrupted when something or we can say someond caught my eyes.

I saw Anna sitting on the table near the window inside the cafe.

She is looking beautiful as always.

But then i saw a boy sitting on the front seat of the table to Anna.

Somehow Anna was looking mad.

Than the boy placed his hand on the hand of Anna's hand.

I feel some type of pain in my chest.

I don't know but it was a totally different feeling.

They were staring in each other's eyes .

I again felt that weird feeling inside me.

This uncomfortable feeling inside me keeps on growing.

Than Anna yanked his hand away and said something to him.

What is going on?

Who is that boy?

The boy started crying and then Anna also started crying.

How dare he to make Anna cry.

I can't take it any more so i walked inside and then towards them and i heard the boy saying "please baby i love you"

I again felt pain in my chest.

Why is he calling her baby and telling her i love you.

Who is he?? Is he is her boyfriend.

But she didn't told me she had a boyfriend.

Maybe he is just bothering her.

Than Anna was about to say something but I interrupted her by yelling her name.

She look towards me with her teary eyes.

It feels heavy in my chest to see her cry.

She was looking kinda of shocked.

She was silent for sometime and looking at me.

Than she stood up and hugged me leaving the boy behind dumbfound.

He was looking kinda of shocked.

I was shocked too.

I felt something in my heart and stomach.

I felt warm and comfortable.

First i didn't hug her back but then i also hugged her back.

Then the boy Stood up and yelled.

" what the hell? Anna who is he?? And why are you hugging him?"

He sounds like demanding and mad.

Anna pull herself from the hug and said looking toward the boy

" Jack meet my fiancee Edison."

He look shocked.

" what!!? He is what??"

He shouted getting the attention of the people around us.

"he is my fiancee."

Finance name coming from her mouth feel so good.

Jack or whatever his name come toward her and hold her hand and said.

"look Anna don't joke around."

Anna yanked his hand away.

"I am not joking. And i told you not to call me because I have a fiancee now."

"okay fine but Anna i love you and i can't live without you. How can you marry someone else."

He said and started crying.

Anna was about to cry but she hold back her tears and said.

" you never loved me. If you had loved me you would have never cheated on me."

" Then what about you? Huh? You loved me truly right? Then why ate you doing this."

He asked her but Anna stayed silent.

I was looking at her for the answer.

Do she love him?

" Tell me. Where is your love?"

He said grabbing Anna's wrist.

I was getting angry now.

Who the fuck is this guy to talk with her like that.

I grabbed his wrist which was holding Anna's arm and applied my full force.

He looked at me and I gave him a death glare.

" leave me."

He said.

" first you leave her hand."

I said applying more force.

He hissed in pain and slowly left her wrist.

"Don't interfere between us."

He said.

" I am her fiancee so i have all right to protect her from someone like you."

I was getting serious now.

" you-"

" Leave him Edison"

I left his wrist and he rubbed his wrist.

I am sure it will leave a mark.

" Let's go jack."

Anna said and hold my hand.

She started to drag me away with her out of the cafe.

" Anna you can't leave me.."

Jack shouted from the back but Anna didn't care and fasten her step.

When we came a little far from the cafe she release my hand and looked toward me and said.

"sorry for all that, I had to do that to get rid of him."

"if you don't mind can I ask you who is he?"

She sighed and said

"he was my ex boyfriend jack."

I just did ohh.

This much I already guessed.

" And why was he bothering you?"

I can see the tears started to build up in her eyes.

" we broke up because I found him cheating on me with his secretary but now he want me back."

I felt bad for her.

She was on the verge of crying.

I get close to her and patted her shoulder and said.

"it's okay you can cry if you want."

I said and she started to cry.

Somehow it hurts me seeing her cry.

I take out the handkerchief from my pocket and handed it to her.

She wiped her tear and gave me a fake yet a cute smile.

I just want to feel her good.

I like her when she smiles not when when cries.

How can someone breaks her heart.

" okay now stop crying and lets go somewhere nice."

I smiled at her and she smiled back widely.

I felt that unknown feelings again.

"Edison thankyou very much."
