Anna pov

I was driving to the cafe near my office. I was going to meet jack and rosie. Yes yes you heard me right I am going to meet them.

I don't know why but jack asked me to meet him at the cafe.

Firstly I wanted to say no but I think I need to be more mature and let my past in past.

So i just agreed as me and Jack are in good terms as friends.

I reached at the cafe and saw rosie and jack sitting on a table near the window. And I see Rosie's sad face.

I am not going to lie i don't like that girl.

Who in the world would like the girl with whom his boyfriend cheated on with.

But I took deep breath and controlled my emotions.

I walked to them sat on the seat in front of them.

" hii Anna."

"hi jack....and umm..rosie."

Rosie looked at me for a second and then looked down on her hands.

" I know i am not in that place for that but stil i am sorry for everything...I am really sorry..I didn't thought what I was doing back there...I...so please forgive me."

" Rosie...I will be honest..if you ask me to forgive you I can't...umm I can't right now. It's not that I have any grudge against you but I just can't just forget all this but I don't have anything on you so don't apologize now."

" I know I can't be forgiven but please forgive if you could..I was the one who destroyed your life with jack and caused your breakup."

"no it's not that...and it's not all your fault. It that me and Jack were never destined with each other. I must say that I was hurt but I am over with it now."

I smiled to give her a assuring smile but deep down i was hurt but i want to forget everything and start a new life.

I don't know what I am feeling rn.

"jack why did you asked me meet you?

I wanna get over with it fast.

" Anna I don't know why I thought about you but I can't ask anyone else I know know that me being here is quite weired but....it's .....it's..that we think that rose is pregnant."

"what!!?"

I was shocked.

" I know you must be thinking why I am telling this to you when I cheated on you with her but I can't think anyone else. I am sorry you have to be here."

I look towards rosie she hanged her head low.

" I...am shocked...but I mean ...no it's nothing. I am happy that you thought of me in this kind of situation...but why do you think so?"

My heart hurts so much rn.

I can't deny that I am not still completely over from him.

But seeing the person who might be pregnant with his child is...it Hurts.

"she had been vomitting since that day. So she took a pregnancy test and it was positive me and her weren't in touch as as I was mad at her after my and your break up but when she came to me with that I just can't ignore it."

" jack it's not your or her fault and yes you should help her in this kind of situation...and honestly i think if she is really pregnant then you should accept her and her baby."

Jack look upwards towards my face with shocked expression.

I can't tell how much courage it took me to say those words But it's for the right.

" rosie i know you have feelings for jack. I never said that But I noticed it a long ago..just say it."

Jack look towards rose.

Rosie took a deep breath and said.

"umm.... jacks.. i like you from the start infact i love you but i don't have guts to say it so that why i have to do that but i am very sorry that i ruined your and Anna life and i know you might not accept me but i just want to tell you that i love you and always will and i also want to sorry for everything.."

She was on the verge of crying.

Now I feel bad for her..I don't know If I should or not..but I got up and hugged her and rubbed he back.

" It's okay."

I smiled at Jack and gesture him to make a move he was still processing.

" um..I don't know..I....was just attracted to your body and it was all my lust so i..."

"it's okay you don't need to say it."

She said and wiped her tears.

" But I am willing to accept you and the baby."

Jack said and me and rosie looked at him.

He was serious.

" you..don't..need to..it was not your fault. "

" It doesn't matter whose fault it was but for now it's that you might be carrying my baby and I must take responsibility. "

" I...thankyou."

She just said that and started crying again.

" okay okay now stop crying and think what we should do now?"

Jack gave her his handkerchief and she stopped crying.

" first we need to go the hospital for her checkup."

Said jack.

" yeah that must be right."

" you don't have to come i mean you have work Anna we can manage."

" it's okay jack. I am happy to help you."

"Anna I don't know how I should thank you after all I did to you. "

" that's in the past. You need to focus on your present that's in front of you."

Edison pov

I was driving to the office as i reached near the office the traffic light turned red and i stopped .

As i was waiting for the light to turn green i looked out of the window and see a familiar figure at the window of a cafe.

Anna!! what she is doing here?

I was looking at her and i see a man and a girl sitting with her.

Jack!! What the hell is he doing with her? and who is that girl with them.

I was thinking about it the light become green and i parked my car near the cafe and watch them from the window.

Is this the important work she was talking about meeting her boyfriend after marriage.

Why it hurts me.

It has nothing to do with me..I don't care maybe.

after few minutes they left the cafe and drove off to somewhere i don't know where.

I thought just to ignore but my heart says something else so i followed them.

I don't know why I am doing all this?

And we ended at a hospital i mean what they are doing at a hospital. Is Anna alright!!?

She look totally fine but why would she tell me.

They walk inside the hospital i followed them inside the hospital.

They asked something to the receptionist and walk somewhere i followed them.

They went into a cabin i thought to meet the doctor so i just waited outside.

Why I am feeling so anxious?

I means I shouldn't bother me who she meets and whom she is with.

It's just an arrange marriage with no love and affection.

After half and hour they came out and Anna looked happy as well as jack and the girl.

Why are they happy i mean there is nothing to be happy about visiting to hospital.

They left from there but my curiosity doesn't leave me so i thought of asking the doctor.

There I saw doctor sitting on the chair looking at some files i knocked and she nodded i entered and she gesture me to sit down.

"how can I help you?"

" uhh doctor can you please tell me why the three of them came here?"

"ohh the three of them who just left?"

" yes."

"may i know who you are to them?

" I am her hus...friend."

The doctor looked at me with suspicion.

" then why don't you ask them."

" Actually they won't tell me..and I am worried so can you please tell me."

"oh i thought that they didn't tell you yet. It's nothing to worry about."

I nodded confusionly what she is talking about.

" I don't understand doctor what are you talking about?"

Doctor smiled and said.

"she is pregnant."

She is pregnant.

Huh? Anna is pregnant.
