The anomaly in the Kamen Rider Universe

Chapter 196: Technically we are an engaged couple. (104)

After being very throughout with his training with Genta, making sure he went pretty easy on the man on the first day.

It was time for Aaron to rest his body while Genta ate up some food and recovered some of his strength.

He was quite hungry considering the fact that he had decided that having 900 pounds of weight sighing him down wasn't enough.

He decided to train approximately around 15 or so times Earth Gravity.

Trying to keep that up while fighting Genta was tuff, with that huge ass nerf he placed on himself.

He no longer had the strength advantage over Genta, not the speed advantage for a fact.

All he had was just pure skill, skill that he used to utterly overpower Genta.

By overpowering he meant redirecting Genta's blows back to him so technically Genta was just beating himself up.

"I am so hungry I could eat a horse," Aaron said as he entered the kitchen.

He saw it, cooked chicken, lobsters, shrimp, Rice, pasta.

Fruits and vegetables alongside drinks.

It wasn't as tall as upon gazing further down the table he could see it.

A lot of other juicy snacks that he could devour

In the middle of the table, there was a small note that read.

"Eat up Nii-san"

He had a soft smile on his face upon realizing his sister had made him all of this.

Before devouring this meal, he clasped his hands together and thanked Rui for the food.....

Not God....just his sister.

He felt as if someone was pinching his cheeks, he felt a tiny bit annoyed as he felt someone squeeze his cheeks.

With no other choices, he decided to do a decent prayer, not because he wanted to but because he had to.

Without wasting any second, the second he finished his prayer he started gobbling down the food like he was a one-man army.

A lot of swallowing action was happening, he ate the food like a voracious animal who went hungry for days.

With no care in the world, he gobbles up everything in sight.

In less than 20 seconds, the lobster was no more, Aaron had finished eating the whole thing whole.

There was nothing left from it, the only thing that could possibly be left would be his antenna which was currently in Aaron's mouth as the teen was currently in the middle of chewing the head of the creature.

Drinking some quick Pepsi on the side in order to swallow everything properly, Aaron took out a piece of pig meat and placed some spaghetti on top of it before decorating it with some sushi and eating the whole combo in one bite.

Placing all the meat inside the vegetables, Aaron used the vegetables to wrap up around the meat before dipping it withing Nacho sauce and some guacamole before devouring it whole.

30 minutes later and everything was gone.

"Burp"

Aaron felt a tiny bit sleepy after eating that food, he felt as if his body was working in order to transform all the food he had eaten into nutrient for his body.

His muscle who had been utterly torn earlier today due to the way he was damaging his body were healed nearly instantly.

The excess energy that wasn't used to heal his muscle was stored somewhere else.

On the meantime, Aaron was having a blast, his muscles were healed and he felt himself getting stronger.

Not that much stronger but it was still progress, although it probably meant nothing to Gifu's reality-bending powers.

Aaron, feeling the weight of the meal in his stomach, stretched lazily as he made his way to his room. His body, rejuvenated by the feast, was still processing the massive intake of calories. He could feel the nutrients flowing through him, healing the micro-tears in his muscles from his intense training earlier with Genta. His body was a machine, finely tuned and always in need of fuel to keep going. And now, after such a feast, he was ready for some well-deserved rest.

As he approached his room, he absentmindedly rubbed his belly, still feeling the slight discomfort of being so full. He turned the handle and pushed the door open, expecting to collapse onto his bed and let the food coma take over.

But the moment he stepped inside, he froze.

Sitting on his bed, her back straight and her posture perfect, was Miyuki. She was as poised as ever, her cold demeanor giving nothing away. Her eyes, however, betrayed a hint of surprise, as if she did not expect to see him here.

Aaron, ignoring the initial awkwardness of Miyuki's presence, walked past her and flopped onto the bed. He let out a long, content sigh, feeling the comfort of the mattress beneath him. Just as he was about to close his eyes, he sensed something sharp coming towards him. Without even looking, he lazily raised his hand and caught an ice dagger inches away from his neck.

He turned his head to look at Miyuki, who remained seated on the bed, her expression unchanging. "Really? Still trying to kill me?" he said, his tone more amused than concerned.

Miyuki's eyes narrowed slightly, her voice as cold as the ice she wielded. "If you were truly competent, I wouldn't have to." Her words were sharp, intended to cut deeper than the dagger she'd just thrown.

Aaron's smirk faded into a lazy grin as he settled back onto the bed, his voice taking on a sleepy, almost nonchalant tone. "You know," he began, his eyes half-closed as if on the brink of sleep, "in your culture, people don't see age as the real mark of maturity. It's all about surviving on your own, hunting on your own... proving you can handle life without any help."

Miyuki's cold gaze remained fixed on him, though a flicker of curiosity crossed her eyes.

"And by those standards," Aaron continued, his voice drowsy but steady, "I've already checked all the boxes. I can live on my own, hunt on my own, and... I have fought against literal gods and races that could fold your race like an omelet and survive, sometimes even win, so in some way, I do fit that standard"

Miyuki's eyes narrowed slightly, but she stayed silent, waiting for him to get to his point.

"Technically," Aaron added with a lazy chuckle, "you've already lost your chance to kill me. By your culture's rules, that means we're basically... an engaged couple, right?"

Miyuki's cold composure faltered for just a moment, her eyes widening in shock. She opened her mouth to retort, but no words came out. The implication of what he'd just said hung in the air between them, heavier than any dagger she could throw.

Aaron barely managed to hold back a laugh at her stunned expression, though a faint, tired smile still lingered on his lips.

However, before he slept he wanted to fuck with her more, plus it wasn't like this relationship would go anywhere so why not be a little silly.

"Sweet dreams, fiancée," he muttered with a wink before rolling over, as if the conversation was already over and he was drifting off to sleep.

Miyuki remained silent, her mind reeling as she processed what he'd just said, the room suddenly feeling much smaller and far more suffocating than before.

"...Fiancé...."
