Mayank could not say anything as he was overwhelmed with grief and embarrassment when he reflected on his own stupidity. He also felt so much warmth in his heart that his big brother loved him so much and saved him after all.

Mayank cried like a baby and embraced his big brother "I am sorry brother. I am so sorry I was not in my right mind."

Prashant said "I can't believe you tried to end your life just because of some girl."

Mayank said "Sorry brother but I had fallen in love with her and since she broke up with me so I did not have any choice."

Prashant said "What do you mean by this? Let's go home first then we will talk."

Mayank said scared "No brother I can't return home now. I will not be able to face mom and dad so I will never return."

Prashant saw that his brother was adamant so he tried to calm things over and said "Fine I will not say a word to anyone about this. Let's return home now."

Mayank did not object to this anymore as he knew that his big brother Prashant will not allow him to do anything any further and he will have to return home. So he accompanied his brother on his bike to return home.

After returning home they did not say a word about this incident.

Vikram who was there dad was a very proud father since all his three kids were brilliant. One of his son was working in a reputed startup of the city, while the other was studying in a reputed school also his daughter was cute and intelligent learning from the same school.

At the dinner table the family of five sat together and Vikram asked Prashant "How are things at work?"

Prashant had not yet told anyone about his termination from job since he did not get the chance yet so he said "Dad I wanted to tell you something."

Mayank got worried as he thought Prashant was going to mention about him as he thought it may upset his parents and he did not want that but now Prashant had already started talking.

Prashant with a worrying look said "Dad Actually today I had to leave the startup company which I worked since I had been fired."

Vikram frowned and asked "What happened?"

Prashant narrated the whole event which occurred at his office and told them how he had been blamed for the works which he did not do and how he had been fired without any prior intimation which was injustice done to him.

Mayank looked at his brother sensing the frustration in his voice as he felt ashamed how he had been and his brother did not say a word about his problem.

Vikram, Sambhavi, Mayank and Ria looked angry listening to the injustice done to Prashant as Ria said "This is not fair. How dare they blame you for the things which you have not done?"

Sambhavi said "If they fired you then it is a loss for them because they have now lost a talent like you."

Mayank said "I think you should sue them in the court because this is fraud. How dare they blame you for the things which you have not done. They should pay for this."

Prashant felt warm at heart seeing his family supporting him. This is what family is for after all they give you mental support and peace.

Vikram who was the head of the family and also very wise understood the gravity of the situation that now nothing could be done since these companies usually do things with sufficient plan and backup also they have quite the influence so even if Prashant was in the right they could not do anything about this injustice. Also they were so poor and will not be able to afford the fees of the lawyer.

Vikram said "Son I know you are in the right and they have lost a talent like you so they will suffer. I am sure that you will get a much better opportunity in the future. Just keep looking for new jobs."

Prashant was very glad that his family had supported him and was very happy that he had them. He just worried that if he did not get a new job soon enough than he might not be able to run the education fees of Mayank and Ria.

But he was quite confident that with his talent and the demand in the market he will definitely get a new job. He was also worried about Mayank a lot due to the things which were happening with his brother. Though he saved his brother however he had not convinced him properly and feared he might attempt another suicide.

So that night he took leave from his part time job at the bar and decided to have a brotherly talk with Mayank.

Prashant called Mayank for a quite walk after dinner and said "I know what has happened with you and how Jane had dumped you however there is no point in throwing away your life for a girl. You are young, handsome and full of youth so you will have plenty of pretty girls in the future."

Mayank said "Brother you do not understand we had fallen in love and I can give away my life for her. I think she had been brainwashed against our relationship but now that she had broken up with me I do not want to live anymore."

Prashant was exasperated by the attitude of his brother since he had totally become a simp so he said "Do you think the love of girlfriend and boyfriend or husband and wife is only kind of love which exist in this world. You do not love your mom, dad and sister. The affection they had shown you over the years hold no value in your heart. Jane had simply being deceiving you all this time. "

Mayank said "Brother It's not like that I do love them but Jane and I had vowed to be with each other previously and we are in love. You will not understand this because you have never fallen in love."

As soon as he said this he regretted because he knew what were the circumstances at the time when his brother was being brought up. He did not even go to a proper school. All he learned today was due to his sincere efforts nobody helped him in that and during those circumstances there was no time for his big brother to fall in love with someone he was simply in survival mode at that time.

Prashant also understood that his brother was mad about Jane and he may try an attempt on his own life again if something is not done sooner to reconcile between Mayank and Jane.

Prashant said "Fine I will help you out to unite with Jane."

Listening to his brother's response Mayank became extremely happy as if he had already patch up with Jane.

Seeing his brother's foolish reaction he thought his brother is totally hopeless.

Finally after deciding that Prashant will help Mayank in patching up with Jane they retired for the day and went to sleep after all it was an eventful day.

The next day once Mayank's school was over Prashant took him on his bike and went straight to Jane's home. She lived in a mansion and had security guards and cameras placed all over the place. So as they approached near the huge gate one of the security guards stopped them.

Guard said "Please identify yourselves and state the purpose of your visit."

Prashant said "Hi I am Prashant and this is my brother Mayank. He is classmates with Jane the young miss of this mansion. He needs to meet up with her regarding some class related matters"

The guard looked at them suspiciously and said "Please wait here let us verify with the young miss if she wants to see you."

After that the guard dialed some number from the security booth at the gate and spoke to someone and then said "The young miss do not want to see you so you can leave."

Prashant frowned as he contemplated the situation because now he was in a dilemma since he had already promised Mayank that he will help him patch up with Jane after all he was his little brother and weakness. So he again asked the security guard to check again but they won't budge from their stance after all they had got direct confirmation from the young miss Jane herself as she did not want to see them.

Prashant tried to talk with them but seeing the duo not leaving the guards tried to use force and things got heated up and as they were arguing among themselves a domineering voice sounded someone had yelled "What is this ruckus all about? And why there is so much noise in front of the gate?"

All the guards turned to look and gasped "It is the young master Kane."
