Rick and Richard

*Huff* *huff*I breathe heavily as I have been in a strained situation. Me and Rick are running from robots as we have finally gotten a safe place to rest. I drink the water I got from a high tech water bottle as I take big sips and finally relax. I offer the water to Rick without saying any words, 

"No need, I have implants that remove the need for water" he said, this also explains why I felt that Rick is much less disheveled than me. I got up and looked at my laser gun, it has less than 40% charge left. I really need to build implants so I can replace all the space with more batteries that will allow me to fight longer. 

"What's the plan?" I asked

"You are asking me, I never plan for shit like this" he said

"I am surprised that you survived this long in space" I said with an exhausted tone.

" I am on the flow genius" he said and pulled his gun before saying "I think of plan while I am stuck"

"You are asking a really bad strategist" I said with a smile before we turned back and fired at the 7 bots. While we were running we managed to kill 3, one on chase while the leader was sliced by sword however I had overused it causing the circuits to be fried and explode. Which may have been the reason it stayed down. 

I aimed and fired at one of the bots' flying devices, it exploded and the bot flew into another bot which caused both of them to explode. Rick also somehow destroyed 3 bots, as I looked over at Rick I was left a blindspot on my right which the bots capitalized on and grabbed me. I was in midair when I took aim and fired with my last breath of air at the arm point which caused a disturbance in the bot's arm strength. This allowed me to escape and I used my intelligence to quickly get into the main system, then it blew up on me causing me to lose my arms and legs.

"FUCK!!!!!" I screamed as rick ran towards me destroying the last of the bots, Rick when he saw my state said 

"It alright buddy, let me fix you up" He said as he pulled a strange device that regrow my hands, I felt the pain elevate a little but it was enough for me to walk and do my daily shit. "Good job on not crying, I am impressed" he said to which I said sarcastically,

"You are 'impressed', I wonder how much of a honor it is" 

"It is a pretty big honor, as only few in the entire infinity were able to make me impressed" He said after which he pulled that beer out of nowhere and drank. I looked at him weirdly and said 

"You just saw your grandson nearly die and you drink beer" after I said that he looked at me and I continued "Just kidding with you, I know you would do this. But, humor me, where is that beer coming from?" 

"*Burp* You have some time before you need to ask that question" he said while looking forward.

"Seriously, this is the time you chose to follow rules." I said as I also looked at where he was looking, we saw a robot much bigger than all previous ones appearing with an army of other bots. 

"Who are you?" The robot asked, looking down at us from its position in the sky. It had a pitch black appearance with a black tv as its head. 

"Did you really have no other screen to use other than a 1970s tv screen?" I said I was curious about it, I mean if you took over a universe filled with bots and then you tell me that you have nothing else except a 1970 tv screen to use as a visual for displaying your face, I kinda start to question how you build this? Did you take over previous left technology? Or are you wearing it as a sentiment?

"HAHHAAHA, *Burp*, hahah" Rick laughed at my question to it, as he explained "It is the common trop of the ai giant robot villain, they have a lot cool tech and a bunch of natural resources but they just have a shitty tv that can only be used for expressions" 

"Did you just call me a common trop?" The AI asked, it understood that these being can travel dimension and given enough time it can too but what it is asking it why the fuck do these monkeys ignore when he asked a question.

"Yes, and as for your previous question, we are Rick and Richard. Few of the only multiversal traveling beings. No, we have not come to conquer anything just trying to take some natural resources that you don't need with your tech" I said 

"You are really good at talking, I will let you mediate between me and some other existence." Rick said, looking at me, to which I just nodded acknowledging my new role. Then he said "let's get this over with, I got the big bad bose while you take care of the small fries." 

"Wait, Why do I get the small fries?" I asked reluctant to leave my prey, I swore to myself to make sure that this bot feels the pain I have when it blew me up.

"Because, I am the more powerful one and also you are good at planning. I know you have an easy way to take care of these bots. *burp*" Rick said with a shrug.

"Fine" I said with an eye roll, he did have a point that doesn't mean I have to agree with him on it. The robot, whose name was kalculus ordered its bots to attack me, I quickly ran, leaving rick and kalculus alone. I dogged a laser that came at me, and quickly slid to the right leaving the bot to wait and then turn. I then shot a bullet at a bot a few meters back causing it to fail and create a ripple effect that led around a dozen bots to their death.

I continued to do this until, when finally I reached the end of the battery life. I looked at the remaining boats that were enough to fit in an asteroid, yes we were fighting the entire time on multiple asteroids. It looked like we were on some kind of asteroid belt of some sorts as there were many meteorites and asteroids in this area, I then smiled and fiddled with my gun before throwing it in the crowd and disabling my gravity stabilizer. 

Immediately, I was thrown at random due to the failing gravity. "WHY DID I NOT THINK THIS THROOOGGGGGH?" I yelled as I was stabilized again after sometime, I looked to see Rick who looked like nothing happened and placed a new gravity stabilizer on me. 

"Did you realize that you were in a universe wide black hole that was going to delete you atom by atom? It would take quite a while for me to bring you back to life especially with that level of intelligence you inherited from me." He then went on a rampant thinking thing through to all of which I gave the side eye to.
