One Piece:The Fourth Brother

(Okay. After thinking back on it, i decided to make a change to this chapter. The way Aden used his power felt a bit off. It did not fit the idea of his ability to be able to create some elemental attacks, but not to the scale of actual elemental fruits. It felt way over the top as i still want his power to be mainly air focused. I got carried away, and for that i apologize. )

As Aden flew over the sea, he saw a big ship, flying a Jolly Roger depicting a side profile of a skull, with a heart inside it and two crossed bones in the background.

"Hmm. Wonder who that is?" asked Aden himself, not remembering who this flag belonged too, as his memory of the story was blurry.

As he got closer, he spotted an ugly, rotund woman "If you can even call her that" Aden thought with a snort of laughter.

She was wearing a big hat with feathers and a dark blue coat. In her hand she held a big, spiky club.

"Oh right. That's Alvida. " The most beautiful woman". Yuck. That toad needs glasses." thought Aden to himself

Aden landed on the spar of the main sail,(the wooden part holding the sails) and sat down to just listen for now.

Apparently Alvida decided to land on a nearby island to wait for the storm to pass.

He knew they would not be stowing the sails, just to wait out a storm, so he was pretty certain he would not be spotted.

They were already heading towards the shore, when Aden got there.

It was at this time Aden spotted a pink haired boy with round glasses.

"Coby!" shouted Alvida all of a sudden. "What are you doing, walking around being lazy?!"

"Lady Alvida...No...I wasn't..." responded Coby in a shaky, scared voice.

"Get back to scrubbing the deck, or i will smack you with my club!" ordered Alvida angrily.

"Yes, of course." said Coby, as he scrambled to get away.

"Who is the most beautiful woman?" asked Alvida the rest of the crew.

" Lady Alvida, of course!" shouted the crew in fear.

"Seriously? How delusional can you be, you hag?" thought Aden in disgust.

"Welp. Might as well take a nap while i wait for my little bro to show up. And If i know Luffy, which I do, he is already asleep in that barrel." thought Aden with a chuckle.

A few hours later, the storm passed and the sun started to break through the clouds.

The pirates then set off again.

Some time later, the pirates led by Alvida spotted a cruise ship not to far away, and decided to loot it.

As they began to attack the ship, Aden's eyes opened with a smile.

"I am fairly certain this is the ship that found Luffy's temporary barrel-home." Aden said in his head, as he woke up. "Now i just have to wait for Luffy to meet Coby, and i can get rid of the toad." planned Aden with a bloodthirsty grin.

Once the ship was disabled, and the pirates started to loot it, Aden noticed an orange haired girl sneak aboard Alvida's ship.

"Nami?" thought Aden with a sense of familiarity. Nami was one of his anime crushes in his previous life, he remembered that much. He was curious to see how that would play out. He knew he wanted to get with her, but he also wanted other women in this world to be with. He did not want to be some sort of a harem freak, but he thought two or three partners would be okay. Only if they agreed to it though. He was not going to force anyone into a relationship they disagreed with. He would be just as happy, if he was lucky enough to get a single partner, too.

Aden always had low self-esteem, even in his previous life. Always thinking himself undeserving of love, or even unable to be loved.

"Well. No point in thinking about would or could - be's." Aden thought, ashamed of himself for being greedy.

Hearing someone shout " What a nice nap!" (which he knew was Luffy) ,breaking him out of his musing, Aden started to get ready.

As the sun was high in the sky, Aden began to move.

" Assassin Stance: Final Breeze" said Aden in his mind, as he transformed into air.

A lone pirate stood at the back of the ship drinking a bottle of rum.

Whenhe went to take another sip, he felt a slight breeze brush past him, sending chills down his spine. He was about to lift up the bottle, but all of a sudden, he fell over, and the last thing he saw, was his own headless body drop right next to him, spilling blood on the deck.

Aden materialized nearby, wiping blood off his dagger with a rag. "One down, more to go." said Aden, as he used his power to quietly move the corpse and the blood into the sea, before he disappeared once more.

"Who is the ugly toad?" asked Luffy in his usual clueless manner, looking at Coby.

"!!!" every one of the pirates looked at him in panic.

"Luffy-san! Why did you say that?! Now she is gonna kill you!" screamed Coby in terror.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY!??!!..Get him!!" ordered Alvida the rest of her crew.

Luffy, seeing he was about to be swarmed, started running away dodging every attack.

"Hey it's not fair, attacking me all at once! Ahhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhhh!" screamed Luffy in faux fear.

Only for the pirates to stop in confusion, as his hand stayed behind, holding onto the mast.

"Gotcha." said Luffy, looking back with a grin. "Gomu Gomu no...Rocket!" Luffy pulled himself towards the group as they turned to run. He slammed into them and they fell like bowling pins hit by a Strike.

"What!?" shouted Alvida as her and everyone else's jaw almost hit the deck.

Alvida, breaking out of her stupor, went behind Luffy and smacked him on top of his head with her club.

Seeing this, Coby started to tear up through his schocked expression, thinking Luffy got killed.

To everybody's shock, however, Luffy lifted his head, unharmed.

"This won't work on me." said Luffy in a cheerful manner.

" I ate the Gomu Gomu Fruit." said Luffy, doing his signature cheek-pull to demonstrate." I ahm a rubbehr mhan"

As Luffy moved the club away from his head and got ready to attack, he got stopped by a noise.

"AGHH!" came a scream of pain from behind Alvida.

"What is happenning!!? Guys what's wrong?...Agh!" shouted one pirate, before his throat was slit by an invisible force.

Other pirates started to fall one by one, with injuries ranging from stabs in the chest, to slit throats.

All this was accompanied by a gentle, cold breeze.

"Dang, i still hate when he does that." said Luffy with a shiver.

"Who? What are you talking about?" asked Alvida in confusion and fear.

" My older brother, Aden. He is really strong." replied Luffy with a grin.

As he was used to his brother's violent nature, Luffy did not mind it much. Killing those in your way was acceptable to Luffy, he was a pirate after all. And he knew, Aden would never hurt the innocent.

"Another Devil Fruit?!" asked Alvida loudly.

"~Yes.~" Alvida heard from all around her.

Aden materialized right in front of her, causing her to jump back in terror.

"And you, Alvida, are dead." said Aden with a blood-thirsty glint in his eyes. Aden was always violent, but never unnecessarily cruel. Alvida, from what he observed in the last couple hours, was a vile, cruel person deserving of death. And he felt no remorse in killing her.

"No, wait!. I can gibe you money. Just don't kill me!" screamed Alvida in desperation.

" Luffy, walk away." said Aden without looking at his brother.

"Okay, okay. Just do not make it painful." replied Luffy in a remorseful tone. He loved his brother, and he truly didn't mind killing, even though he avoided it himself. But every time he saw Aden kill, he got chills. His brother could be very scary sometimes. But he was still Luffy's big brother. And Luffy deeply cared about him. Just as Aden cared about Luffy. And as long as Aden didn't hurt innocent people, he would support him.

"You know i won't. I never do, unless it is truly earned." said Aden to Luffy as he prepared to end Alvida.

Holding his open hand towards Alvida, Aden started to collect air into a sphere.

This was a great opportunity to try out the opposite of his explosion ability.

By creating a vacuum, he was able to pull moisture out of the air and shape it using his power. And by cooling the air to below freezing temperature, he was able to create simple ice shapes.

In this case, a simple ice spike the size of a nail.. maybe ten centimeters long.

"Nothing close to the ice guy i remember from to story, but it'll do." thought Aden to himself.

"Elemental Stance: Glacial Spike" Aden called out his attack, as all great fighters do.

Using his power to propel the icicle towards Alvida's face at great speed, he felt the effort of using this attack. "Much harder to do than the explosions i use. Those are basically just compressing air and releasing it. This is just as tough as when i practiced it. Probably not fit for combat yet." thought Aden to himself, as the ice spike got burried into Alvida's forehead, killing her instantly.

Turning around, he noticed Coby looking at him with expression of horror. Not that Aden could blame him.

Sighing to himself, he followed Luffy to a dinghy, that Coby built apparently.

As they floated away from the ship, Aden spotted a familiar orange-head taking another boat. When she saw him looking her way, she averted her eyes with a scared face and hurried to get away.

"I just hope she will not be too scared of me, when we meet officially." thought Aden nervously.

Seeing Coby still shaking in fear, he began to explain his ability, his personality, and that he never causes unneccesary pain. He also said Alvida deserved it.

Coby, even though he was still nervous, calmed down after Luffy vouched for Aden.

And so they sailed on the small boat, until they spotted an island in the distance.

"I cannot help but feel excited. But i will have to try and be less brutal in the future. It could push people away, and i do not want that" mused Aden in his head as he continued to push the boat with his powers.

"But i cannot be a pacifist either. Someone has to balance out Luffy's nature."
