"Well, the council will put him to a lot of missions and run him ragged, but its gonna be better for him at the end. Though the chances of him coming back as a member of the board in the council is real low." Cana replied.

"Woah, its nice to know that guy is gonna be alright." Natsu said with a grin.

"Aye Sir"

"Well, if you want to you can go meet him soon Erza" Mirajane commented from the side with a smile.

"But..no he will be busy, but wait no-no, I mean yes" Erza started stuttering while getting a scarlet colour.

"Mira, I think you broke her" Ultear commented from the side while everyone laughed.

"But where's the brat, I haven't seen him for some time?" Ur asked from the side.

"Ah, well" Cana had an expression like she was trying not to laugh

"Let's just say, his identity caused a bit of problems".

At the time near the construction of the new Council of wizards.

"I wanna gooo HOMEEE!!!" Karna shouted out in the sky.

"Just a few more days kid, Hehe this will be over soon" Warrod commended from the side.

The building of the council of wizards was a really important military spot. All the weapons of the council including the etherion satellite and the faces can only be used through the council building. In the cannon, the council building was destroyed and since the building's engineer Mavis did not leave any descendants who are able to reapply the runes and magic signature to activate the weapons all over Fiore, it was abandoned.

The Etherion Cannon uses the combined might of many Ley Lines located throughout the entirety of Fiore. Those Ley lines were inscribed with extremely complicated space transfer runes created and build by Mavis. She then made them all connect to the council building where the council of wizards are able to activate them. Basically, the lay lines were the roots which were connected to the tree by Mavis's inscriptions.

When in the original timeline, the council was destroyed, it essentially destroyed the inscription placed in the council building. And since Mavis never left any descendants, they were not able to connect the ley lines to the new building and had to start over by writing over the inscriptions ion the ley lines themselves. But the problem was that the records of those ley lines were lost and essentially the council were left with the task of finding these ley lines manually which would take essentially decades without the calculative ability of Mavis who had found all of them.

The second weapon Faces also were created by Mavis and for this she had created ten organic keys which can be transferred by council members plus a set of magic circles which belonged to the council. Crawford Seam had used his Super Archive to copy the structure of the Face and had joined the Tartaros demons who killed and acquired all the keys. Which made the dragons destroy those faces to save the entire continent.

Right now, Karna exists in this world, and he was a match to the magic signature of Mavis. Most people in the world are of the understanding that Karna was as descendant of Mavis who left a family in secret before passing away. And they expected him to recreate the weapons of the council as well.

Warrod and Makarov knew that Mavis's spirit is what led to Karna having her magic signature. But they also knew that her spirit was alive. And since the Importance of such a weapon when they are at odds at the neighbouring continent is very high, they had asked Karna to go to Tenrou island and ask her about it.

Karna had to act like he had gone to Tenrou Island when originally he had just gone to the guild hall secretly and gained all the knowledge of the corresponding seals from Mavis and is currently reapplying them in the entire council building. And since it is an extremely secret knowledge, Warrod had not allowed anyone to be near when Karna was applying it. This led to Karna working hard all by himself to apply all the seals.

"Hahaha" Warrod Laughed seeing the expression of Karna. "Kid you know why I'm doing this right."

Karna sighed.

"I do."

Right now, Karna is the only one alive in the world who knows how to do the inscriptions and seals. This makes his safety and importance to the council increase by a lot. Since that set of seals, inscription and knowledge of them is part of the Vermillion family, Karna's family in the future will also be of great importance to Fiore.

Now they had seen what happened when the council was destroyed. If Karna was not there, it would have left all of Fiore vulnerable to the attacks from the outside continents. So, Karna will have less problems from the council and they will also make sure that his present and future family won't face any troubles due to the decisions of the council as well. This also extends a little bit to Fairy Tail as well.

"I know for a fact that this will help, but it will also put a bigger target on me than what was already present" Karna told Warrod as he kept adding the seals.

Warrod's eyes turned cold for a moment.

"During the destruction of the council, we were able to find traces of many spies present within our council whom we were able to dispose off under the lie that they died due to the destruction of the council. But the chances of a few of them still left in the council is very high and the ones who died managing to send the information of the destruction of the council is also very high"

"Then its better to let the spies live and think that they haven't been found after you find them. This will allow them to pass on information that the weapons are fixed and launching an attack is unwise.

If you want we can even send false messages like the weapons have grown stronger" Karna gave his opinion.
