Chapter 108: Chapter 108- Tides of Return, Wrath and Redemption - Part 4
As the visions in the mist faded, a heavy silence fell over the gathered crowd. The devastating display of power left everyone stunned, their faces a mix of shock and grim realization. Diana and Arthur exchanged knowing glances, their expressions particularly solemn. The weapons they had witnessed weren't mere conventional arms - they represented a level of military advancement that even they would find challenging to overcome.
While both warriors were confident in their abilities, they recognized that victory against such weapons would come at a terrible cost. What troubled them more deeply was that such advanced weaponry had been developed without their knowledge, completely hidden from their reconnaissance. It was a sobering reminder that they had gravely underestimated the rest of humanity's capacity for both innovation and secrecy.
Yet, these revelations paled in comparison to what they had witnessed of Emperor Orach's power. His casual decimation of the facility had made one thing crystal clear - challenging him would be nothing short of suicide. Their eyes turned to where he stood, waiting to see what would unfold next.
Unknown to the others, Orach had deliberately thinned the mystic mist above them, keeping his goals in mind.
"Perhaps you'd like to reconsider your previous answer?" Orach asked the representative, slightly loosening his grip on the man's throat.
"You... you murdered them all," the representative choked out, trembling. "Those were brave men and women protecting our nation's assets. We were right all along." Despite his precarious position, his eyes blazed with defiance. "Go to hell! You, that abomination you call Kal-El, all of you—you're nothing but monsters! Abominations! We did what was necessary to protect humanity, to defend our way of life against threats like you. This is our world, not yours, you monsters!"
Before anyone could react to this outburst, a booming laugh echoed across the darkening skies. Lightning crackled through the gathering storm clouds as a new presence made itself known.
"Well said, child. Well said indeed." The thunderous voice echoed across the gathering, its power sending ripples through the air. Diana felt a sudden jolt of discomfort pierce through her, while Donna staggered as an ancient pressure crashed down upon her very being. She clutched her sister's chair, her divine bloodline resonating with the overwhelming presence that loomed above them. Every eye in the gathering turned skyward as three immense figures emerged through the roiling storm clouds.
Materializing first was a massive figure, his form crackling with lightning. He wore a simple white tunic bound by a golden belt, while his dark beard and flowing cape stirred in the tempestuous winds at his command. Behind him appeared a figure in warrior armor, his single eye blazing with eldritch power beneath an ornate helm, the spear in his grip pulsing with primordial energy. Finally, emerging from the gathering storm came a third being wielding a mighty trident, his imposing form adorned in a shimmering turquoise sash and golden crown, his long hair and beard flowing like living water in the fierce winds.
Diana rose from her seat, her face a mask of shock and confusion as she beheld the three most powerful patriarchs of the divine realms. "Zeus... Poseidon... and Odin himself? What could bring the three of you here together?"
"My daughters," Zeus's voice rumbled like thunder as his gaze fell upon Diana and Donna. "You have proven yourselves worthy warriors, pushing back the Atlantean forces with remarkable strength and courage. However..." His expression darkened, a flash of lightning illuminating his stern features. "Your mercy, while noble, was misplaced. You should have pressed your advantage to its fullest extent. With your newfound powers, Diana, you clearly held the upper hand—yet you failed to provide the spectacle I expected from a daughter of Zeus."
Hearing those, words, Diana narrowed her eyes and questioned,"What do mean by that, Zeus?"
"I too would like an explanation," Arthur's voice cut through the tension, his eyes cold. "What is the meaning of this, Lord Poseidon?"
Poseidon's laughter boomed across the gathering as his glaring eyes landed on Arthur. "You dare question me, when your performance has been so... disappointing? At first, your campaign showed promise. But now?" His voice dripped with contempt. "You command the most advanced kingdom on this planet, vast armies at your disposal, yet you're being pushed back by a handful of women? When only my niece poses any real threat? Pathetic!"
Arthur's face darkened with rage, his expression mirrored by every Atlantean present. Their hands tightened on their weapons as their god mocked them.
"Hahaha! Brother, you must admit defeat!" Zeus's thunderous voice boomed. "My daughter leads her forces with cunning and strength. Though fewer in number, the Amazons have proven themselves superior warriors!"
"Never," Poseidon spat. "This game has been tainted by that alien's interference. Once we deal with him, we shall start anew. I will not be denied my entertainment."
Zeus turned his attention to Orach, and for a brief moment, naked greed flashed in his divine eyes before being masked by righteous fury. "So, you are the outsider the witch's prophecy spoke of? The one destined to bring about the end of us gods? To end me, Zeus, king of the Greek pantheon?" His voice rose to a thunderous roar. "You may seem powerful to these mortals, but before us, without a single spark of divinity, you are nothing but an insect! You should never have come to this world, outsider. By interfering in our entertainment, you have sealed your fate."
"Entertainment?" Diana's voice trembled with barely contained fury, her hands clenched into fists at her sides. "ZEUS! My mother died! My aunt died! Countless of my sisters fell in battle! And you're telling me all this death and destruction was nothing but a GAME TO YOU?!"
A raw, destructive aura exploded from Diana's form as her fury manifested physically, creating deep craters beneath her feet. Her raven-black hair began to rise and pulse with energy, shifting between its natural shade and a deep blackberry hue. Pink lightning crackled across her form, dancing over her muscles as they tensed and expanded slightly. The very air around her seemed to vibrate with barely contained power.
Zeus's eyebrows arched at this display, a flicker of genuine interest crossing his features. 'Her aura hasn't stabilized, but this power... it's approaching that of a Godking. Interesting. Perhaps after I deal with this alien, I should claim her as well.'
Just then, Arthur stepped forward, his grip tightening on his trident. "So the lives of my people meant nothing to you, Lord Poseidon? We were merely pawns in your entertainment?"
Poseidon's eyes flashed dangerously. "Watch your tone, child. You forget your place. Your people exist to serve my will, nothing more."
Odin remained silent, his single eye fixed upon the only being who truly held his interest—the one prophesied to end all gods, the quiet Orach who stood with lowered face. Odin narrowed his eye and studied him with ancient wisdom. Yet the longer he observed this silent man, the stronger a foreboding feeling gripped his heart. 'How long has it been since I felt... uneasy? No... I am actually afraid.' His grip around his spear Gungnir tightened.
"No more." Diana's voice cut through the air like a blade, her aura flared as she looked straight at the assembled gods with cold eyes. "We are not your playthings. This ends now. In the name of all those who have fallen - my mother, my sisters, and countless others whose blood stains your precious 'game' - I, Diana of Themyscira, daughter of Hippolyta and Queen of the Amazons, hereby renounce all ties between Themyscira and the Greek pantheon. Your reign of casual cruelty ends here."
Zeus's expression twisted with rage, massive bolts of lightning cascading around his towering form as storm clouds gathered overhead. The very air crackled with divine power as his voice boomed across the sky. "You dare defy your father? Your god?" His eyes flashed dangerously. "Perhaps it's time to remind you insignificant mortals why we gods are to be feared. Your newfound power may be impressive, daughter, but you're about to learn the true meaning of divine wrath."
CRACK
Just then, a sickening crack and explosive boom echoed through the air as Orach snapped the representative's neck and unleashed a Ki blast, obliterating all traces of the man. The violent display drew everyone's attention.
"He finally made his move," Odin murmured.
Diana's gaze shifted to Orach as he lifted his head, his face an unsettling blank. Her transformation wavered, a cold shiver coursing down her spine.
"You look down on mortals quite a bit, don't you? Fine then—let me show you today what mortal potential can do and how wrong you all are." Orach then turned to look at Diana, his eyes carrying warmth and a smile as he called, "I have a lot I want to say to you, but that has to wait. You have just begun to remember your true power and the potential within you. Watch closely and witness what happens when a mortal breaks their limits."
In an instant, Orach vanished, reappearing high in the air before the three divine beings. The scouter on his face beeped rapidly as it analyzed their power levels: [Poseidon - 270,000] [Zeus - 301,000] [Odin - 303,000]
A smirk crossed Orach's face as he assessed their readings. "Impressive for this world, but nothing compared to what's coming." His muscles tensed as he began to focus his Ki, the air around him starting to ripple with unseen energy. "Let me demonstrate why mortals should never be underestimated."
The three gods watched with mixed curiosity and disdain as golden sparks of energy began crackling around Orach's form. His black hair started to wave upward, occasional flashes of gold running through the strands. The sky darkened further overhead as his power continued to build, his aura becoming visible as a brilliant golden flame.
With a primal roar that shook the heavens themselves, Orach's power exploded outward. His hair burst into brilliant gold, standing upright as his eyes transformed into piercing teal. The golden aura around him pulsed with incredible power, sending waves of force in all directions as he completed his transformation into a Super Saiyan.
"This, gentlemen, is what we Saiyans call our first transformation - a Super Saiyan," Orach declared, his golden aura pulsing with raw power. "But we're just getting started." His eyes narrowed as he tapped deeper into his Ancient Saiyan bloodline, preparing to push beyond limits he hadn't tested since his body's transformation.
The air began to tremble violently as Orach's power skyrocketed, creating a thunderous roar that echoed throughout Gotham. His already excited golden hair grew longer and more rigid, taking on an even more pronounced flame-like appearance. Blue lightning began to crackle intensely around his form, arcing between his limbs with increasing frequency. His muscles expanded visibly, becoming more defined as the transformation progressed, while his aura grew blindingly bright.
Across Gotham, citizens and news crews watched in awe as what appeared to be a second sun blazed to life in the night sky above the park. The very ground beneath their feet trembled, buildings swaying from the sheer force of energy being released. When the transformation completed, Orach's teal eyes had become sharper, more focused, carrying an intensity that made even the assembled gods take an involuntary step back.
"Behold Super Saiyan 2," Orach stated calmly, his voice carrying across the battlefield as he gazed upon the three gods. Zeus's expression morphed from arrogant confidence to ugly rage as he was forced to retreat by a few steps.
"A meaningless light show. You've merely changed your hair color. Without divinity, you are nothing," Zeus snarled, though his voice held a note of uncertainty. "You remain an ant before gods. Submit now, while I still offer mercy."
Orach's only response was a knowing smirk. "DIANA! Watch closely. Feel our bond. Feel my energy!"
Diana stood transfixed, her fists clenched at her sides as her heart pounded in her chest. While others could only see and feel the physical manifestations of Orach's power, she could sense something deeper - his raw energy resonating with something primal within her own being, as if calling to a power she hadn't known she possessed.
"Show them," she whispered, her voice carrying both pride and understanding. "Show them what true potential looks like."
Hovering high above the park, Orach assumed a horse stance, his expression hardening as he prepared to push even further beyond. The very atmosphere seemed to compress around him as he reached deeper into his Ancient Saiyan heritage, drawing forth an even more primal power. His golden aura, now tinged with green, began to pulse with unprecedented intensity.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
The transformation that followed was unlike anything the assembled heroes and gods had witnessed. Waves of pure ki erupted from Orach's body as prominent veins bulged across his muscles and forehead. His golden hair grew rapidly, extending far down his back while his eyebrows seemed to vanish completely. The initial energy burst was so powerful it sent the three gods tumbling backward through the air.
Lightning no longer merely crackled around him - it exploded outward in constant, violent arcs that illuminated the entire city. The ground below fractured and cratered from the overwhelming pressure, while the air itself warped and distorted around his form. The effect spread globally as every living being on Earth felt an oppressive weight descend upon them, many falling to their knees in instinctive terror.
In the park, Thomas clutched Martha close as he gripped a nearby tree for support, as he struggled to maintain his position against the violent winds. "My God..." he muttered in shock. Nearby, Arthur struggled to maintain his footing, his expression a mix of awe and concern at the overwhelming force. Kal-El stared wide-eyed at this display of power, while Cyborg's mechanical systems blared with warning alerts. The rest of the group could only slump down, paralyzed with terror.
"ZEUS!" Odin's voice carried genuine fear as he struggled against the crushing pressure. "We must stop this transformation!"
"I... I can't move closer!" Zeus admitted through gritted teeth, his divine form actually trembling.
The gods could only watch helplessly as Orach's body continued its dramatic transformation. His muscles bulged and restructured themselves to contain the overwhelming surge of power, while his golden aura expanded explosively in a flash visible from space. When the light finally dimmed, Orach had completed his transformation into Super Saiyan 3 - his impossibly long golden hair swaying in the energy currents, his face marked by a more pronounced brow ridge, and his eyes burning with an intensity that made even the mightiest gods of Earth step back in fear.
As the three gods felt the power radiating across the sky from Orach they each had a myriad of emotions running through them. Finally, Zeus broke the tension, his voice trembling with a mix of rage and disbelief.
"What... what manner of power is this? How can a mere mortal possess such energy? This is impossible!"
Orach's voice carried across the battlefield, calm yet thunderous, "This is the power of mortal potential, Super Saiyan 3. No divine blood, no godly blessing. Pure mortal evolution through dedication and will."
Odin stepped forward, Gungnir raised defensively as he silently signaled his forces to descend. "The prophecy spoke true. You are indeed the twilight of the gods."
"Enough!" Zeus thundered, divine lightning cascading around his form. "Power alone means nothing without divinity. Let us teach this mortal what true godly might feels like!"
The three gods nodded and launched forward as one, their combined might causing reality itself to shudder. Poseidon's trident commanded the water in the air, forming deadly projectiles that streaked toward Orach. Zeus's lightning split the heavens, bolts cascading down with devastating force. Odin's spear Gungnir blazed with ancient runic power as the gods converged on their target.
But the Saiyan warrior remained unmoved, his golden aura pulsing with untold power as he prepared to meet their assault. "This should be interesting. Mother Empress, Zeta—record everything for Rachel."
"Understood, Young Master," acknowledged Mother Empress.
"Been recording since the beginning," affirmed Zeta.
Donna's POV
'This is unreal. Brother-in-law looks so…wild. Just how strong is my brother-in-law?'
My heart pounded as I watched my brother-in-law face down three of the mightiest gods in our world. The raw power emanating from him sent shivers down my spine - not of fear, but of anticipation.
Poseidon unleashed a barrage of water projectiles, each condensed into deadly spears that could pierce through steel. With casual wave, Orach raised a single hand, releasing a golden beam that not only vaporized the attack but continued on to strike Poseidon himself. The sea god's agonized scream echoed across the battlefield as his arm was severed clean off.
The display that followed left me breathless. Zeus, in his fury, unleashed divine lightning capable of reducing mountains to ash. Yet as the bolts neared their target, something extraordinary happened—they seemed drawn to the crackling lightning surrounding my brother-in-law, merging with his aura as if submitting to a greater power.
"Impossible!" Zeus's roar carried equal parts rage and fear. "How are you negating my lightning? No mortal should possess such power!"
Orach's response dripped with contempt, his voice carrying easily across the battlefield. "You call those sparks lightning? Please. Compared to true heavenly lightning, your attacks are nothing but cheap parlor tricks."
I couldn't suppress the fierce grin that spread across my face. 'That's it, brother-in-law. Show them what real power looks like.'
These were the same gods who had treated us like pawns in their cosmic game, who had watched with indifference as our mother and sisters fell. Seeing them humbled stirred something primal within me - a deep satisfaction that justice was finally being served.
'Show them,' I thought with growing excitement. 'Show them what happens when they underestimate a true warrior.'
Suddenly, I caught a flash of movement - Odin's spear Gungnir, wreathed in blinding light, streaked past Zeus's lightning straight toward my brother-in-law. But before I or my sister besides me could even cry out in warning, my brother-in-law's hand moved with impossible speed. With just his index and middle fingers, he caught the legendary weapon by its very tip, the impact creating a shockwave that rippled through the air shattering nearby windows and forcing several onlookers to their knees.
Odin's single eye widened in genuine shock - the first time l'd ever seen the All-Father display such raw surprise. Even Zeus and Poseidon fell silent, their previous bravado temporarily gone. I couldn't help but gulp, my heart pounding as I took in this sight of sheer dominance.
Looking around, I saw the same shock and amazement mirrored on every face present. The heroes, the Amazons, even the mortal onlookers - all stood transfixed by the impossible scene before them. I turned to my sister, my voice barely above a whisper.
"Sister... what manner of being is my brother-in-law truly? He's not just fighting the three most powerful gods of our world - he's toying with them like they're mere children. Just how strong is he really?"
Diana's eyes remained fixed on the battle above, a knowing smile playing at her lips. "Far, far stronger than this, little sister. In my visions, I've glimpsed forms of power that dwarf even this transformation - forms that radiate pure divinity. But right now?" She paused, her smile widening. "Right now he's making a statement. He's showing not just these arrogant gods, but all of us - every mortal watching - what we can achieve through dedication and will alone. He's proving that divinity isn't a gift bestowed from above, but a height any mortal can reach through their own power."
"Sister..." I spoke softly, watching Diana's expression with growing understanding. "It's not just visions anymore, is it? The way you look at him, the pride in your eyes... you're remembering the feelings too, aren't you? The bond you both shared?"
Diana's eyes remained fixed on the battle above, but her expression softened further, a mix of joy and longing crossing her features. Her hand unconsciously moved to rest over her necklace which now shone as she watched Orach demonstrate his overwhelming power. The gesture was so natural, so filled with genuine emotion, that it confirmed my suspicions - my sister's heart was remembering what her mind still struggled to fully grasp.
I turned my gaze back just in time to witness a scene that made my blood freeze. With a casual twist of his wrist, my brother-in-law shattered Gungnir - the legendary spear said to never miss its mark. The resulting shockwave was devastating, sending Zeus and Poseidon reeling backward through the air while Odin himself was launched earthward with terrifying force. The All-Father's impact created a massive crater, the ground fracturing like glass as divine blood sprayed from his wounded form.
"Fascinating," Orach mused, examining the broken pieces of the mythical weapon with curiosity. "For a natal weapon with hints of primal chaos energy, its structural integrity is surprisingly fragile, or..." He paused, a thoughtful expression crossing his face. "Perhaps my base power has evolved to the point where even Super Saiyan 3's amplification is approaching my divine forms. I really need to run some tests on my bloodline."
"IMPOSSIBLE!" Zeus's voice cracked with equal parts fury and fear, his grip on his master bolt so tight his knuckles had turned white. "You are just a mortal! How are you besting us? WE ARE GODS!"
Poseidon, clutching his regenerating arm, quickly assessed their deteriorating situation. "Brother, we need to change tactics," he called out, his voice urgent. "The ocean - if we can draw him to my domain, I can unleash my full power. These skies favors only you, but in my waters..."
"Tch." Zeus's face twisted with wounded pride, but even he couldn't deny their current predicament. "Very well."
Their subtle nods didn't escape my notice, these gods were clearly plotting something. In a flash of divine energy, Zeus and Poseidon transformed into brilliant streaks across the sky. It took me a second to realize their intension. They were racing towards the distant shoreline where the ocean's power would give them an advantage.
Brother-in-law's response was immediate. His aura flared golden-bright as he launched himself after them, the very air crackling with energy in his wake.
"Sister, we need to follow them!" I turned to Diana urgently. "If they reach the ocean..."
"I know," Diana's expression was grim as she grabbed my hand. "Poseidon's power grows exponentially in his domain. Even though they would still loose facing my Orach, we should still help by at least protecting the innocent from their fight."
Nodding, we took to the air, though still nowhere near fast enough to keep up with the combatants ahead. Even from this distance, we could see massive lightning bolts illuminating the sky as Zeus tried to slow brother-in-law's pursuit.
"You think you can escape?" Brother-in-law's voice boomed across the distance. In an instant, he materialized before the fleeing gods, his speed so incredible it appeared like teleportation. "Your domain won't save you, Poseidon. But fine, I'll allow it. Go—give me your final struggle."
Stunned by his words, their faces twisted in rage as the implication sank in. "Don't regret it later, mortal!" Poseidon snarled before streaking past them toward the ocean.
Zeus hurled his master bolt with devastating force. "You dare threaten us? Die, mortal!"
The lightning struck brother-in-law head-on, but instead of harming him, it seemed to energize him further. His golden aura intensified, and with a casual backhand he sent sent Zeus flying and crashing to the ground.
"If this is the best the mighty Olympians can do," as he arrived hovered above Zeus he taunted, his voice carrying an edge of disappointment, "I am not impressed."
"YOU DARE..." Zeus snarled through gritted teeth. With trembling hands, he pressed his master bolt against his chest. A primal roar tore from his throat as divine energy surged through his body, the legendary weapon merging with his very essence. Lightning exploded outward in a devastating display of raw power, carving a path of destruction through everything within a five-mile radius.
The air crackled with ozone as Zeus rose, his form now wreathed in living lightning. His eyes blazed with electric fury, each movement sending arcs of energy dancing across his transformed body. "I don't know whether to congratulate or pity you, mortal," he declared, his voice carrying the rumble of thunder. "You've successfully awakened my true wrath. You may have found ways to counter my attacks before, but in this form, I AM LIGHTNING ITSELF!"
Zeus's finger jabbed toward Orach, crackling with malevolent energy. "I will teach you the meaning of humility as I tear you apart. And don't worry about my daughter - I've heard whispers of your connection to her." A cruel smile twisted his features. "Once I've absorbed your power, I'll claim her as well. Consider it mercy that I'll give her one final night of pleasure beneath me before draining every ounce of her power and sending her to join you in Tartarus."
My blood ran cold at his vile words. I had heard the ancient tales of Zeus's depravity, but to hear such threats spoken so openly, against my own sister... my hands clenched into fists, rage building in my chest. Yet when I turned to Diana, expecting to see fury matching my own, I was stunned to find her smiling.
"Sister?" I whispered, confusion evident in my voice.
Diana's eyes never left the scene before us as she shook her head. "Zeus just sealed his fate," she said softly. "Look."
I followed her gaze to my brother-in-law. His expression was calm… eerily calm, almost unnaturally so. Even though he didn't show it, I could tell, he was angry…no that might be understating it. gulp. I watched as the storm clouds above churned and roiled, as if responding to his rising anger. Then, in a moment I'll never forget, a sight that made even my divine blood run cold, nine ethereal dragons materialized behind him, their crimson eyes blazing with an ancient, terrifying fury that made Zeus's display seem like child's play in comparison.
End of Donna's POV
Oblivious to the momentary manifestation of the nine dragons and drunk on his newfound power, Zeus lunged forward with a confident smirk. His lightning-wreathed fist crashed through the air with devastating force - only to be caught effortlessly in Orach's left hand. The impact released a thunderous shockwave that made Zeus's eyes widen in disbelief.
Before the god-king could process what had happened, Orach's right fist crackling with heavenly lightning blurred forward, striking Zeus's solar plexus with surgical precision. The blow folded Zeus in half, golden ichor spraying from his mouth as the air was violently expelled from his lungs. But Orach wasn't finished. In one fluid motion, he released Zeus's fist and seized his head, hurling him skyward like a ragdoll.
The next few seconds were a brutal demonstration of speed and power. Orach vanished, reappearing behind the airborne Zeus to deliver a devastating kick that sent him even higher. Another flash of movement, and Orach materialized above his target, leg wreathed in heavenly lightning raised high. "This is what true lightning feels like," he declared, before bringing his heel down in an axe kick that sent Zeus plummeting to earth like a meteor.
The impact was catastrophic. The ground cratered beneath Zeus's broken form, golden ichor pooling around him as he teetered on the edge of consciousness. Yet Orach wasn't done. He descended like a meteor himself, his final kick shattering Zeus's spine and tearing a hole clean through his divine body.
Just when death seemed certain for the fallen god-king, emerald life Ki began flowing from Orach's outstretched hand, knitting Zeus's wounds back together.
"Why...?" Zeus croaked as consciousness returned, his voice weak and confused.
Orach's eyes hardened as he looked down at his defeated opponent. "Because your death alone isn't enough. In the original timeline, you dared to target my family while I was banished. You went after my daughter, nearly succeeded too, before my mother's soul shard ended your miserable existence." His fists clenched as rage flickered in his eyes and his golden aura flared. "I wasn't there when they needed me most. That failure, that anger - it demands proper vengeance. Finding you here, among those manipulating events, was a gift. The original you died before I could make you understand true fear. Now I can finally vent these feelings before erasing you from existence."
A cruel smile played across his features. "And after those vile words about my woman? Consider yourself fortunate that timeline demands your death. Otherwise, I'd show you torments that would make death feel like mercy in comparison."
Terror and despair warped Zeus's features as the truth of his situation sank in. "No... NO! This cannot be! I am King of the Gods! A GOD-KING! How... how can you harm me in my elemental form? WHY?!"
Orach's laugh held no warmth as he shook his head. "Elemental form? You claim mastery over lightning while understanding nothing of its true nature. But let me correct an even greater misconception - you are no god. You're a false god, a being sustained by the faith of lesser beings. True gods, real divine cultivators, don't need worship. They understand and embody the primordial laws themselves. Faith may supplement their power, but their true strength comes from proper cultivation. You're nothing but a parasite feeding off the beliefs of mortals."
"You... you lie!" Zeus's voice trembled with desperate denial. "How could you possibly understand divinity when you possess not even a fragment of divine essence? You're nothing but a mortal!"
A dangerous smile played across Orach's features as heavenly lightning crackled around his form with even more intensity. The nine dragon domains within him pulsed with anticipation, ready for Orach's command to show this lower realm's false god what true divine might looked like. "Still clinging to that delusion? Very well." His voice dropped to a whisper that somehow carried more weight than Zeus's thunderous protests. "At the end of all this, before I end you, I'll show you what true divinity looks like. Consider it... an education."
Suddenly, Zeta alerted Orach to a massive disturbance - a colossal tsunami was forming along the Atlantic coastline. His eyes narrowed as he studied the readings on his scouter, tracking the rapidly rising waves.
"A desperate move from Poseidon... but futile nonetheless," Orach murmured. With practiced efficiency, he channeled his Ki from his feet to paralyze Zeus before rocketing toward the approaching catastrophe.
Diana and Donna exchanged glances, still processing Orach's overwhelming display against Zeus. Without words, they nodded to each other and followed Orach's trail through the sky.
When they arrived at the coast, chaos reigned. Civilians fled inland in panic as mountainous waves threatened to devour the shoreline. Orach rose into the air, his hands moving in precise, practiced motions, first spreading wide, then pressing inward with controlled force as he called upon his mastery of space laws. To the amazement of all watching, the tsunami began to compress and funnel, the raging waters bending to his will until they formed a single massive column of churning sea.
Once more, Orach moved his hands in a fluid motion as golden energy coalesced between his raised palms, building to blinding intensity. With a controlled motion, he brought his hands down, releasing a devastating beam that carved through the water column. The attack was so powerful it vaporized everything in its path, briefly revealing the ocean floor beneath. The display of raw power left spectators speechless, their phones live streaming and recording what would soon become viral footage across the globe.
But Orach wasn't finished. With subtle gestures, he began to guide the surrounding waters back into place, his movements precise and deliberate as he restored balance to the churning seas. As the waters calmed, cheers erupted from the gathered crowd, their voices calling out praise for their savior.
However, in the next moment, before anyone could react, a muscular figure materialized behind Orach, swinging a massive trident with lethal intent. For a split second, it appeared the weapon had pierced its target, drawing horrified gasps from the sisters and spectators worldwide. But Orach's form dissolved into nothingness before Poseidon's vicious grin could fully form. The sea god's expression transformed from triumph to shock as searing pain exploded in his chest. Golden ichor sprayed from his mouth as he looked down in horror to find his divine core clutched in the hand, which had pierced straight through his torso. Struggling to turn his head, Poseidon met Orach's steely gaze and choked out, "You... are a... monster."
"I know," Orach replied coldly. "A monster you should never have provoked. Be better once I restore the timeline." With those words, he crushed the divine core and unleashed a Ki blast that obliterated the god of the seas, leaving nothing but scattered golden particles drifting in the wind.
The world watched in stunned silence as a legendary deity fell. But there was no time to process this momentous event - a massive tear split the sky, revealing ranks of armored Valkyries astride winged steeds. Their cold eyes fixed on Orach as they drew their enchanted blades, preparing to avenge their wounded All-father.
Orach's eyes narrowed as he recalled his Mother Empress's research on Earth's forces. "Valkyries," he muttered, settling into a battle stance. Before he could engage, however, Diana and Donna appeared at his sides, weapons drawn.
"These aren't gods," Diana stated firmly, her sword in hand. "Let us help you deal with Odin's chosen warriors."
Donna nodded, gripping her spear. "We can handle them, brother-in-law. Trust in our abilities."
The lead Valkyrie raised her sword, her voice carrying across the sky. "For Odin! For Asgard! Death to the god-slayer!" At her cry, the host of warrior women charged forward, their weapons crackling with divine energy.
Diana met the first wave, her sword dancing as she parried multiple strikes. Her training showed as she moved with fluid grace, each motion flowing into the next as she engaged multiple opponents simultaneously. "Your loyalty is admirable," she called out, "but misguided!"
Donna proved equally formidable, her spear a blur as she struck down Valkyrie after Valkyrie. "Stand down!" she warned. "You've seen what my brother-in-law can do to gods. Don't throw your lives away needlessly!"
Orach watched his family fight with approval, noting how they worked in perfect synchronization to cover each other's blindspots. Still, as more Valkyries poured through the portal, he knew they needed to end this quickly. Gathering his Ki, he prepared to demonstrate why even Odin's chosen warriors were no match for a Saiyan warrior.
