It is finally the weekend! In a perfect world. I will submit my story likely today or tomorrow. I still haven't started it yet! xD. I do have a name in mind for the book now and a cover ready.

Now I just need to start writing!

I know you guys probably aren't too interested at hearing my thoughts on writing. So let us focus on today's stage. Although this is a log for myself and others. I don't want to get too off-topic all the time.

I'm sure you've noticed that the key has changed from 'Paradoxical' to 'Complete'. We are starting to get closer towards encrypting each stage.

Once we have completed all options. We will further obsfucate things by repeating the information in a special way. You'll see what I mean when the time comes, it isn't too complex.

Today I wanted to talk about emotions.

I find that we often suffer worse in our minds then in actual practice. Imagine yourself ripping off your fingernails. Or stabbing a toothpick in your eyes and rotating it. Imagine your fingers getting broken and then pulled. There are many ways one can get tortured.

Hell... a tooth getting ripped out can be monstrously painful. But why? Losing a fingernail isn't going to make or break your survival. So why does it hurt so much?

We have sensations to prevent us from doing certain things. Some very rare cases, people are born without the ability to feel pain. This has so many consequences for them.

Pain and the thought of it often stops us from doing stupid things. Whether that be jumping off buildings or kicking a ball a bit too hard barefoot.

You have emotions like fear and feelings like pain that keep you in check. But people 'conquer' this fear all the time. There is a certain 'high' you can get from doing so.

Whether you go sky diving or take an ice bath. You are conquering your emotions and doing something normally uncomfortable.

The point of this stage is to realize that your brain is manipulating you. Whether you are drugged and go through chemical lobotomy or actual lobotomy.

The sensations you feel are so real may not be telling you the truth. I'm sure you've realized from rotating this technique. I've had some people tell me they feel very bored and can't even rotate it for 30 minutes a day.

Just like fear keeps you from doing things. Boredom is also an emotion. One that is often overlooked.

But what does it prevent you from doing? It is almost the opposite of fear. Fear helps prevent you from doing an action while boredom often spurs you into action.

Boredom can be even more dangerous then other emotions.

Why do you feel bored while meditating and rotating the technique? It is because you are close to doing something you shouldn't. Boredom is just a distraction from completing the technique.

Do you feel like you are wasting time? I do not.

But I have seen the attention span of people drastically decrease throughout the years. Even if this technique wasn't impossible. Even if it provided real benefits.

Most people wouldn't be able to handle the boredom and repetition of it.

Because it isn't suppose to be a pleasant experience. When you swim in your subconscious. You will need to deal with both states of happiness and sadness. There is a balance.

You have trauma unresolved.

You can't just ignore your past and escape into games/fantasy all your life. This technique is fantastical. But it is also like regular meditation.

It isn't constructed for you to relax. It is meant to be stressful for the mind.

You are trying to become a legend.

Not some mediocre hidden existence...
