Flip the Coin [BL]

Chapter 10: 10. Softhearted Bunch

I kicked Omar tenderly until he woke with a grunt, while lighting myself a cigarette.

"You can make websites, right?"

"Yeah, what's up." He asked and held his head in equal agony.

"Go and make a website where I will correct the version of the diary entries. It differed from reality already." Taking a drag, I made smoke rings, which ended with getting myself smoke in my injured eye.

"Fuck." Holding it, I waited until the pain lessened.

"That's a good idea. Jordan, wake up. JORDAN." Omar got hyped up and tapped on his phone.

"What is it?" Jordan was half on the floor.

"Kenny said we should make a website where he tells the true story, correcting the diary entries."

Jordan stopped,

"That's perfect! We'll write it on the blackboard as well!"

"Shut the fuck up." Danny whined and turned away, showing everyone half of his butt.

"Gross!" I threw the towel that had wandered from me to Henry, back to me again, now at Danny's butt, where it could lay to rest.

"There is really a new entry." Jordan had his phone in his hand and squinted his eyes at the text, reading it more or less. When he was finished, he looked at me,

"Incorrect?"

"Yes. I said one sentence and she left." I groped around for my sunglass, finding them inside the couch.

"Did she just come up with that? Did she have a crush on you?" Jordan tilted his head, immediately regretting the action, closing his eyes in pain.

"No, she had no crush on me. She doesn't seem like a person fantasising about such nonsense." During the whole year we regularly spent one or two hours together, I would have noticed it, I am sure.

"Psychological illness?" Omar asked.

"Maybe it wasn't her diary in the first place." Towelbutt suddenly said, having us all in awe at another enlightened moment of his.

"He doesn't know his sister's handwriting?" I asked after thinking about it.

"How would another person know about the content of your meetings?" Jordan topped me with a better argument.

"Was there someone else when you talked?"

"No." I said, texting my caretaker to get me school uniforms for everyone and toothbrushes here.

"What the hell." Jordan squished his lip with his fingers in contemplation.

"Two personalities, or a forged diary, or Henry is imaging things. You should go and look into Henry's past." Danny pulled his pants up and turned around, having a hell of a nest out of his bleached hair.

"Not without his agreement." Seeing that my caretaker would soon be here, I leaned back and closed my eyes.

"You son of a bitch, you read us without our agreement, and did it with him as well!" Danny yelled, making everyone in the room groan, even himself.

"You fuckers have no rights after thinking I killed and dismembered someone!" I yelled back.

"And it just happened when he choked me, involuntary, not purposefully on my part."

"Dismembered?" Omar asked and I looked at the shocked faces.

"When I saw Henry in the morgue, I told you I saw her body. No legs, one hand missing and one arm nearly missing." This picture, I will not forget this lifetime, luckily she was covered with a blanket.

Danny retched, and yet no one spoke or made fun of him.

"And he had to identify her himself?" Omar asked with his head down.

"Softhearted bunch." I grimaced at them, only to get incredulous looks back.

"What?" Narrowing my eyes, they looked away.

"Oh dear." The door opened, and my caretaker stepped in. I don't live with my father and siblings, so there had to be someone adult-like taking care of my matters, and this responsibility was given to him.

"Boys, what the hell, it's the second day of school." Not only me, the others as well, we all speculated that my caretaker was gay. He was far too clean, way too shaved and just too styled for someone normal. I don't discriminate- at least not that much, but I really can't stand feminine guy's. The problem is, he was really nice, so I couldn't even be mean to him.

"Thanks." I said drily.

"Hehe, we are going to school, we are going!" Danny grinned, he was the only one comfortable with the slender man.

"Well, yes. At least that. I got some hangover soup for you." Mr. Caretaker walked to Danny and petted his head, while motioned for some bodyguard who brought soups for us.

"Thank you." We all said in chorus, and I felt really rejuvenated after drinking it.

"Don't smoke so much, don't drink so much. Be safe~" The caretaker said and left a few bags with us before leaving with a spring in his steps, making him seem all the more gay, especially because he had caring wishes for us. Though, he was also really cold, leaving us like that after two minutes of work and still getting paid for a full-time job.

"Let's wash up." It wasn't the first time we slept here, and we were used to going to the men's toilet and getting ready for school.

I would have ditched it, but it's the senior year, but more importantly, I wanted to know how my downfall progressed.
