Knox looked at his status, and appreciated the new gain in mana storage.

Knox decided it was time to handle some things with the Kobalt kins, so he brought his vision towards the first floor.

He saw that Cabbage was feeding the prisoner, Sage and Draco were sparring with wooden swords crafted by Lily and Blossom.

Blossom smiled watching them spar, as she patiently watered the plants, it seemed that this was her perfect life.

Lily was cooking by the lake, she was grilling fish over a bonfire, and she had crushed some blueberries to make a sort of soup

Knox noticed that lily was once again pregnant, as she had a small bulge on her stomach.

Remembering the goblin prisoner knox had an evil idea, why not slaughter the goblin and see if he could spawn them?

So Knox tried a new version of speaking he had thinking of, speaking directly into the minds of someone.

So Knox decided he would first try it on the goblin killing two birds with ones stone.

Knox focused on the goblin and he noticed he was using about 1 mana a second, he then attempted to say something.

Knox playfully.

"Hello little one, how are you?

The goblin in his cell looked around, looking for who spoke to him, he couldn't find a source of the question?

Knox whispered

"Dont worry about looking you wont find me idiot"

Knox spoke to the kobalt

" you might just live, if you do something for me".

The goblin felt a chill down his spine and quickly responded

" what!…. what do you want from me"?

The kobalt asked in fear, he felt that his life was hanging by a thread.

Knox grinned, he enjoyed toying with the goblin, in his past life he loved everyone, he never understood racism.

Maybe it was death, maybe it was reincarnation, maybe it was losing his humanity.

Knox after seeing the state of Draco understood….

It was eat, or be eaten and Knox wanted to be the aggressive carnivore not the pacifistic herbivore.

He couldn't afford to be nice, Knoxhad to many live on his hands.

Knox spoke in low tone to the kobalt.

" oh nothing much".

....

Knox, let a few seconds past to build tension

"Just tell me where you came from".

The goblin gulped in terror, this being wanted him to sell out his tribe, his family, his kids…

The goblin yelled out loud not caring who heard.

" You devil, you wish for me to turn over my family, I will never stoop so low you cowardly spirit".

Knox laughed and decided to drop the pretense, he used his dungeon god voice

You filthy thing, you think that information is valuable?

The kobalt felt a wave of mana wash over him causing his knees to buckle, he was forced onto the ground.

The kobalt now with tears in his eyes spoke hastily, desperately trying to save it's life.

"wait wait I will tell you, please wait please dont kill me"!

It was unfortunate as knox had other plans

Knox spoke loudly alerting the kobalts in the small village.

Draco, Sage and Cabbage ran over quickly entering the prison, they looked at the goblin kneeling on the ground.

Cabbage fearfully though to himself.

"i hope im not to blamr for this".

Cabbage had a natural fear in him for powerful individuals, and felt fear when his name even left their mouths.

It was a natural kobalt instinct, that the other were fortunate enough to not have inherited.

Back to knox….

You thought you were valuable didn't you?

You thought you had some bargaining chips huh?

You foolish thing, your thoughts have lead you to your death.

Knox looking at his kobalts loudly declared

Kill that measly mutt, and make sure he feels everything…

The kobalt's already feeling on edge recently, didn't hesitate to fulfill their masters orders.

As the goblin heard this he tried to beg, however it was too late, he already has sealed his fate

This time it was unexpected, lily attacked sending a rock flying towards the goblin's leg, shattering it's tibia.

The goblin screamed loudly, it seemed it was in intense pain, it looked down towards its leg and screamed even louder.

His leg was split open showing his bone shattered, the other half had peirced through his skin leaving a large laceration.

Blossom seeing the gruesome sight, through up, and her eyes were watering, she didn't like to see things hurt, she has a very loving heart.

Her little brother on the other hand was more than reveling in the beating, he decided he would get the next attack.

Sage ran over and opened the cell door, he entered the room and immediately ran and kicked the goblin in his shoulder, sending him flying across the room.

The goblin yelled loudly, using his eyes to plead for mercy from Sage, however Sage didn't plan on giving him any.

His master had given an order and he was going to follow it.

Knox watched as his kin beat the slick thinking kobalt into the afterlife, Knox honestly felt bad half way through.

His humanity wanted him to relieve the goblin if his suffering, however he knew that he would have to steel his heart to survive in this world.

Ding gained 50 xp

Ding gained 25 Dp

Knox was happy as he had completed his other mission, he could now test and see if he could spawn goblins.

So knox allowed his kobalts to go rest.

You have all done very well, please go clean yourself's.

And someone come clean up this mess later.

Knox watching his kobalt kins leave, he decided he would go and clear his mind, amd he knew the perfect distraction, attempting to spawn goblins on the second floor…..
