Doctor Zein was seen climbing the stairs to the top floor of Derisa Hospital on the 5th floor. Then turned right after climbing the last step.

Doctor Zein walked straight to the largest room among the others. Today, Doctor Zein will meet Mr. Widodo, the Director of Derisa Hospital.

The door was knocked. And Doctor Zein immediately entered the Director's Room after hearing a voice inviting him to enter.

"Oh... Doctor Zein. Please... Please sit down," said Mr. Widodo very politely.

Doctor Zein just nodded after being invited to sit by Mr. Widodo. Doctor Zein immediately sat on the guest sofa and started talking.

"Okay... Thank you for your hard work" said Doctor Zein, nodding, then stood up from his seat and walked towards the exit of the room.

Before opening the door, Doctor Zein turned and said,

"Keep my secret!", added Doctor Zein again and after that, he left the director's room.

Mr Widodo then let out a sigh of relief. While wiping the sweat from his forehead, Mr. Widodo sat back in his chair.

'Doctor Zein is so humble. He is the real owner of Derisa Hospital. But he entrusted me to take care of everything according to my wishes. Truly a good person', said Mr. Widodo in his heart.

Doctor Zein walked straight through the corridor painted pure white. By chance, Doctor Zein met Mr. Hendri who was walking with the new doctor, Doctor Zelena.

The unbalanced heights between Doctor Zelena and Mr. Hendri made Doctor Zein want to laugh when he saw it.

Mr Hendri and Doctor Zelena who were walking side by side were likened to 'Like a rose, but unfortunately it was landed on by flies', that was what Doctor Zein thought.

Doctor Zelena who was walking with Mr. Hendri saw someone walking leisurely towards her. A doctor who was tall and had a proportional body.

""Doctor Zein El-Ghifari, General Practitioner at Derisa Hospital and also a trusted person of Mr. Widodo," answered Mr. Hendri in one breath.

'El-Ghifari? That means he has Middle Eastern blood just like me. But why does he look like a European? Oh no no. He's like a mix of Persian, Arabian, and European. He looks a little like me who looks like a European too. Ah.. I can't believe there's someone like him in this small town', said Doctor Zelena who was silent while thinking and asking herself.

"Doctor Zelena, are you okay?" asked Mr. Hendri when he saw Doctor Zelena who was silent.

"No.. Nothing. So where is Mr. Widodo's room?", answered Doctor Zelena, changing the subject.

"We'll be there soon, Doc," replied Mr. Hendri again.

Doctor Zelena just nodded and a few moments later, the two of them arrived in front of Mr. Widodo's room.

"This is the room, Doc. Please come in. Sorry I didn't accompany you in. I still have a lot of work to do," explained Mr. Hendri.

After thanking Mr. Hendri, Doctor Zelena knocked on the door of Mr. Widodo's room.

"Please come in," ordered Mr. Widodo from inside the director's room.

Doctor Zelena immediately entered. Mr Widodo was quite surprised when he saw that his guest was Doctor Zelena.

"Oh... Doctor Zelena? Is there anything I can help you with, Doc?", said Mr. Widodo, speaking in a friendly manner and a little curious about why Doctor Zelena was looking for him.

"So, sir, let's get straight to the point. Actually, I want to swap practice schedules with Doctor Amien (one of the obstetrics and gynecology specialists at Derisa Hospital).. Can Mr. Widodo helped me to talk to him (Doctor Amien). I asked Mr. Hendri for help earlier, but he hesitated. He said he was still a new worker at Derisa Hospital. Finally, Mr. Hendri suggested I talk to you," said Doctor Zelena explaining her request.

Still new? Just say he's afraid of the fierce Doctor Amien. How useless,' said Mr. Widodo, cursing Mr. Hendri in his heart.

"How is it, sir... is it possible?" asked Doctor Zelena who saw Mr. Widodo as if he was daydreaming.

"Yes, Of course, Doc. No problem. I will contact Doctor Amien immediately", replied Mr. Widodo kindly to Doctor Zelena.

"Thank you, Sir...", replied Doctor Zelena happily.

"You're welcome, Doc. I'm happy to be able to help you," said Mr. Widodo, who was also happy.

"Oh, by the way, I want to ask, sir. The doctor earlier, I've never seen him before," said Doctor Zelena asking out of curiosity.

"The doctor earlier that you've never seen before? What do you mean Doc?", replied Mr. Widodo not understanding Doctor Zelena's question.

"That guy... The tall and handsome doctor. Oh no.. very handsome doctor, whose face looks like a foreigner", replied Doctor Zelena who unconsciously said the sentence 'very handsome' which was directed at Doctor Zein, and then made her a little embarrassed.

Mr Widodo smiled, "Oh, you mean Doctor Zein? He is a senior General Practitioner here and also a person I trust," replied Mr. Widodo explained again.

"So that's it? Uhm.. is he married, sir?", asked Doctor Zelena again, interrupting his conversation.

"Oh sorry.. sorry.. I.. I.. I'll take my leave, Mr. Widodo. Good afternoon," said Doctor Zelena then stood up and quickly walked out of Mr. Widodo's room.

'Zelena.. what are you doing? Why are you so nosy about people?', said Doctor Zelena in her heart.

Meanwhile, Mr. Widodo just smiled and shook his head and muttered.

"Doctor Zein is indeed great!! Even Doctor Zelena's class is made curious", mumbled Mr. Widodo who then continued his work.

"What is this writing?! I can't read it!!!", said Riska, one of the senior pharmacists who was feeling annoyed.
