Eh?

Gojo Kaguya suddenly seemed to realize something as she watched Juggernaut's blood splatter from its midsection. In an instant, the beast's massive form dissolved into black smoke, vanishing into thin air.

After all the effort they had expended, the monster they had fought so fiercely was dispatched so effortlessly.

Who was this mysterious figure?

How powerful was this individual?

Level 6? No, that seemed impossible.

At the very least, this person had to be a Level 7 adventurer—though even that seemed unlikely to be of the 'common' variety. If someone told Kaguya that the mysterious figure was Level 8, she would believe it without hesitation.

"That..."

The battle ended so suddenly. Alise, about to step forward to express her gratitude, watched as the mysterious figure finished the task, sheathing the sword with graceful precision before walking calmly toward the exit.

The stranger didn't even spare a glance toward the members of the Astraea family.

As the mysterious figure left the 30th floor, Alise turned back to her companions.

Maryuu had already begun tending to Kaguya's injuries, and her condition had noticeably improved. Still, she seemed somewhat dazed, likely still processing the shock from the Alfia's previous strike.

"Snap out of it, Kaguya. How are you feeling now?" Alise asked, concern in her voice.

"I'm fine. I just need to rest for a bit," Kaguya replied with a faint shake of her head. She then checked on the rest of the group, especially Noin, who had been pulled back from the brink of death.

There was no reason to linger on this floor, where so many painful memories lingered.

In the Sol Familia Residence

Sol lounged in his favorite long, exclusive rocking chair, as usual. Suddenly, a breeze swept in from behind, followed by a shadow that blocked the sunlight.

"How did it go?" He knew Alfia had returned.

"There were a few hiccups along the way, but no casualties. Everyone should be fine and ready to return to the surface," Alfia reported, her tone calm.

"That's good to hear. Thank you for your hard work," Sol replied, his voice full of appreciation. As long as no one had died, everything else could be managed.

He had done everything possible to uphold the bond with Astraea.

From this moment forward, the fate of the Astraea family had shifted onto a new path.

The next step would be to carefully nurture the new generation of adventurers within the family.

At present, there were many new recruits, and some had already leveled up to Level 2.

Sol, however, hadn't reported these developments to the guild. Otherwise, Ais's record for the fastest level-up to Level 2 would have been shattered long ago.

That record, though, had already been surpassed by many others.

The real issue now was the frequency with which they needed to update the recruits' favors. Adventurers with exceptional talent saw their stats rise quickly, making constant updates necessary to keep up with their progress.

The Sol family was filled with such talented rookie adventurers.

This situation brought Sol a mixture of both pride and pain.

And sometimes, it was physical pain.

He had to prick his finger more than a dozen times each day and spend almost the entire day in the lounge, feeling as if his fingertips were about to bleed out.

His little fingers had borne more strain than they should have at his age, and the pads of his fingers felt as though they had been pierced with needles.

He had to control the speed at which he summoned new heroes, Sol thought to himself, secretly vowing to manage things more carefully.

——

Time flew, and several months passed. Gradually, Orario returned to its normal rhythm. The rebuilding efforts, which had once been in full swing, were now winding down.

The expansion of the Sol family had also been successfully completed, and they now occupied the largest residential area among all the familia in Orario.

Moreover, the construction of numerous workshops and special buildings had caught the attention of many.

If his house were open to the public, even Gods, who are like street sneakers, would have loved to pay a visit.

Even so, there were still occasional members of the family who caught gods trying to sneak in, climbing walls in an attempt to see what was inside.

After Sol beat a few of these Gods, the gods finally settled down a lot.

Still, many others came under the guise of "visiting".

Perhaps if the curiosity of those gods is satisfied, they will no longer come to peep at their own secrets.

But Sol didn't like the idea of so many people visiting. If too many outsiders came, someone might notice how fast his new recruits were growing, and that could lead to trouble.

Let the gods remain curious.

Except for the gods like Astraea and Hephaestus, Sol had turned everyone else away.

As a result, the Sol family residence had entered a sort of semi-closed state.

Only family members came and went; nearly no one else was allowed in.

Outsiders didn't know what the Sol family was up to inside, and even Astraea and Hephaestus weren't entirely sure what Sol was up to.

Isn't it simply because there are more newcomers? Astraea also knows that the Sol family runs numerous workshops, but she can't quite understand some of their equipment.

She has no idea where Sol finds so many children working on inventions...

When it comes to inventions, even Hephaestus, the god of craftsmen, shows considerable interest. However, Sol seems unwilling to share too much with her.

Thanks to the development and time Sol had bought them, the heroes from Valoran had grown quickly.

Among Valoran's heroes, Lulu and Vex were still the highest leveled.

Though Vex often acted out, her talent was undeniably a level above the others, and Lulu had simply been summoned a little too early.

Meanwhile, Kled and Gnar were steadily catching up, their attributes growing. They had already met the initial conditions to upgrade to Level 2.

That is, one of their attribute values had reached D.

But they were clearly not satisfied with this, and Sol wasn't about to let his talented recruits level up just for the sake of leveling up.

Each level had to push their potential to its limits!

Alfia on the other hand spent her days eating, sleeping, and training the new recruits, strengthening their combat abilities along the way.

The results were already noticeable. At least the recruits' durability had improved significantly.

Sol even suspected that some of them had a tendency to enjoy being beaten by women.

As the family members continued to adventure, they began to form their own teams based on their preferences.

For example, Tristana, Teemo, Rumble, and Lulu had formed a four-person team. The four of them would venture into the dungeon together for their adventures.

To be on the safe side, whenever the team entered a new, unfamiliar floor, they usually brought along an experienced adventurer to accompany them.

Of course, there were also Yordles like Heimerdinger, who preferred scientific research and didn't bother with risking their lives to level up.
