Brother Jenner

Chapter 3: Chapter 6-7

Chapter 6

It was a quiet afternoon at Kendall's house, where Scott was still staying for a while after his return to public life. Since retiring, he had been spending more time with his family, reconnecting with his sisters and especially enjoying the company of his nieces and nephews.

However, Scott knew that there was an important meeting on the horizon: he would finally meet Kylie's boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet. Kylie was nervous about the introduction, even though she knew Scott had already shown his protective side when he met Kendall's boyfriend.

She was sure Timothée could handle the situation, but still, there was a tension in the air as she and the actor walked towards the house. Kendall, sensing her sister's nervousness, gave her a reassuring smile.

"Relax, Kylie. Scott is only joking… partly." She winked, which made Kylie let out a nervous giggle.

When they arrived at the house, Scott was on the porch, quietly reading. Dressed in a casual t-shirt and jeans, he looked completely different from the soldier who had returned with the reputation of a military hero.

But Kylie knew that despite his relaxed appearance, Scott was still the protector of the family, and she was about to introduce her boyfriend to the brother who had always been a strong presence in their lives.

"Hey, Scott," Kylie called as she walked toward him, Timothée at her side.

Scott looked up and smiled. He stood up and walked over to his sister, giving her a hug. "Kylie! Good to see you again."

Kylie smiled, but quickly looked back at Timothée and made the introductions. "Scott, this is Timothée."

Timothée, always polite and naturally charming, extended his hand to shake Scott's. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Scott. Kylie has spoken so much about you."

Scott shook Timothée's hand firmly, eyeing him critically for a brief moment, but then smiled. "It's my pleasure, Timothée. So, you're the guy who's dating my sister, huh?"

Timothée gave a nervous smile, but kept his composure. "Yes, I am. I respect her a lot."

Scott nodded, still keeping that protective look. "Respect is important. Especially with Kylie."

Kylie, trying to ease the tension, laughed and pushed Scott lightly. "Scott, stop it! You don't have to scare him."

Scott let out a laugh, relaxing a little more. "I'm just kidding. Relax, Timothée. I'm not going to put you through the same 'test' I did with Bad Bunny."

Timothée laughed, relieved but curious. "Oh, I heard about that. Kendall told me. It sounds like it was pretty intense."

"Let's just say I like to test the men who come into my sisters' lives," Scott said, still with an enigmatic smile. "But you seem like a chill guy."

The trio sat on the porch, where Scott began to ask Timothée lighthearted questions about his acting career and life in Los Angeles. To Kylie's surprise, Scott didn't ask any difficult questions or put Timothée in uncomfortable situations. Instead, he was genuinely interested in getting to know him, something Kylie was relieved about.

As they chatted, Scott mentioned his time in the military, which seemed to fascinate Timothée. "I've always admired the military," he said. "The discipline, the courage… it's amazing what you did."

Scott shrugged. "I did what was necessary. But I have to say, life on the big screen seems challenging too. A different kind of pressure."

Timothée smiled, grateful for the recognition. "Yeah, in a way, it's a different kind of pressure. But I don't think it's anywhere near what you've faced."

Kylie, watching the two interact, finally felt relieved. Timothée was doing well, and Scott seemed to approve of her boyfriend without the daunting challenges she had feared. In the end, everything went more smoothly than she had expected.

After a while, their mother, Kris, joined them on the porch, bringing snacks and drinking iced tea with them.

"So, how was the big date?" she asked Scott with a mischievous smile.

Scott looked at Timothée and then back at Kylie, smiling. "I think everything is going well here. Timothée seems like a good guy."

Kylie sighed in relief. "Thank goodness, Scott."

"But," Scott said with a wink at Timothée, "I'll keep an eye on it. Just in case."

Timothée, always quick to respond, joked. "Fair enough. I would keep an eye on it too if I were in your shoes."

Everyone laughed, and the tension finally melted away completely. The afternoon continued with light conversation, laughter, and a pleasant family atmosphere.

Kylie knew that with Scott's approval, Timothée was officially in the family's inner circle. She felt relieved and happy to see that her older brother was actually willing to get to know and respect the man she was with.

As the sun set and night fell, Scott gave Kylie a slight smile, as if silently saying, He's passed on the test. And Kylie smiled back, knowing that her brother, despite his protective nature, would always have an open heart for those who treated his family well.

Chapter 7

It was a quiet evening at Kris Jenner's house, where the Kardashian-Jenner family often gathered for casual conversation and laughter. Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, Kylie, and Kris were all sitting in the living room, relaxing after a long day of work and commitments.

Kylie was absentmindedly flipping through some books on the coffee table when a title caught her eye: "In the Shadows: Memoirs of a Delta Force Operator."

"Hey, have you guys seen this book?" Kylie asked, showing the book to her sisters.

Kendall frowned. "No, I've never heard of it. It sounds like one of those military action books."

"I think Scott would love this," Kim said, laughing. "He could relate to some of these stories."

Curious, Kylie opened the book and began flipping through the pages. "There's a chapter here about Delta Force high-risk operations. It looks intense."

Kourtney, ever the pragmatist, took a sip of her tea and said, "That should be an interesting read. But Scott never really talks about those missions, does he? He's always been a bit secretive about it."

Kylie continued reading, but suddenly stopped. Her eyes widened as she skimmed over a passage.

"Wait… listen to this."

She began reading aloud: "During my time in Delta Force, I was fortunate enough to serve under a leader who became a legend among us. His name was Scott. I can't reveal any more details for obvious reasons, but we all knew he operated at the highest level of clandestine missions, often in conjunction with intelligence agencies from around the world. Scott was known for his precision, coolness in combat, and an almost superhuman ability to infiltrate and extricate himself from impossible situations. To us, he was the true invisible hero."

Silence fell over the room. Each of the sisters exchanged surprised glances. Kris set her coffee cup down on the table with a soft clang.

"This Scott... they're talking about our Scott, aren't they?"

Kendall, still shocked, shook her head. "It definitely sounds like him. But he never told us any of this. We knew he was important, but a legend in the Delta Force?"

Khloé, always the most direct, snorted. "That explains why he never talks about what he did. He was basically living a real-life action movie."

Kim took the book from Kylie, wanting to read the passage for herself. "I knew he was amazing, but operating at that level with intelligence agencies? That's insane!"

Kourtney, more reserved, asked, "I wonder if he'll mind if we read this? It sounds like something he might want to keep a secret."

Kris, however, seemed lost in thought, taking in the magnitude of what she had just heard. "I always knew Scott was special, that he had a mission bigger than we could ever understand. But to hear this… to hear that he was this legendary figure, that he led life-or-death missions… I never knew it was on this level."

Kendall, who had always had a strong bond with her brother, was feeling a mixture of pride and admiration. "It makes sense now, why he's so private. He spent years doing things that no one can even imagine."

Kylie picked up the book and continued reading the passage that described a particularly dangerous mission, where Scott led a team to rescue hostages in a war zone surrounded by enemy forces.

The author described how Scott had a natural ability to lead, to make quick decisions under pressure and to keep his team safe, even in the most adverse conditions.

"Look at this," Kylie said, tearing up. "The author writes that after a successful mission, Scott would refuse to accept praise, saying he was just 'doing his job.' That's so like him."

Kourtney crossed her arms in thought. "That also explains why he has so many friends in high places. The pictures with presidents, with Prince William… it makes sense now."

Kim agreed. "He wasn't just someone who served. He was someone who led at the highest level. Operations that no one else would do."

Kris took a deep breath, clearly moved. "I've always been proud of Scott, but to know that he's impacted so many people's lives… This is more than I could have ever imagined. He's truly a hero."

Khloé, always ready to break the seriousness, joked, "Well, at least now we know why he doesn't need security. He's his own security team."

The sisters laughed, but there was a new layer of respect in the air. They already knew Scott was an incredible person, but now they understood how much he had sacrificed and the level of responsibility he had carried over all these years.

"We need to talk to him about this," Kendall said, looking at her sisters. "I want to hear his stories, even if he doesn't tell us everything. He's been through so much... and we barely know that part of his life."

Kylie agreed. "Yeah, now that he's back, I think it was time to get to know the real Scott. Not just the big brother we loved, but the man he became."

Kris smiled, proud of her daughters and son. "He will always be our Scott, but now we understand the depth of what he did. He made the world a safer place… and he never asked for anything in return."

The group sat in silence for a few minutes, absorbing the revelation. They knew that the Scott they had by their side was not just the brother they had always loved, but a true hero, a living legend, whose name resonated among the best of the military elite.

In that moment, their respect for Scott grew even more. The Kardashian-Jenner family, accustomed to dealing with fame and the media, realized that the brother who had chosen to remain anonymous had a legacy far greater than any of them could ever imagine.

And now, they were ready to see this side of him the side he had kept quiet for so many years.
